Manifest Error

Due to a massive oversight on my part, i've discovered my manifest is kinda...er...wrong.

My Current meterage limit is : 180, 000m

The total meters used is: 164,957m (before error)

I didn't realise, that I needed to account for things like Planetary defenses in my meterage, ie: Gencore Shields and Planetary Turbolasers.

As I said, this is completely my fault, and felt since it was such a massive spoon up , that it really needed to be made aware to everyone.

As it stands, taking into account these defenses , by my calculations leaves me , exactly:
67,957m over my current limit.

Which is not exactly small.

I have talked to Ahnk, and he told me to start cutting back , (obviously), but I just wanted to make sure everyone knows about this error.

(rather than get accused of trying to cover it up , later).

I also just wanted to clarify whether if the staff wished to make the cuts themselves or whether I can go ahead and do it myself.

*slaps forehead*

Suffice to say, i almost fell over the back of my chair once I realised how much I had gone over.

:/

Er, when did we start doing that?

I did that once, several months ago. Right after the Anthos / BHG merge, when I was totaling up the combined manifests, it somehow came out that we would be 10k meters over.

Just a simple misplaced digit. It's not a big deal to me, just so long as you fix it ASAP. Beff and I each posted in an RP we had going, completing it that day, and taking the planet so we didn't have to drop anything.

I don't think even the famous Vinda can spit out 25,000 words in a day or two, though, so yeah, you'll have to drop stuff.

Rules Page

1. All planetary defenses are built in construction yards and count towards total meter/planet count. Possible defenses are:

Crap crap crap crap. That means I have to re-calculate Anthos' manifests too. Crap.

Come on, man. Don't tell me I'm the only one who read the rules.

I'm stickying this and changing the title. I think it needs to be read by all group owners who may not be aware of it.

Uh...

When did we start doing that?

*runs off to BDE board*

We in trouble too then...

(mines should count towards meterage then)

They do.

Edit:

Anything you can build as an asset counts towards meterage, including ground support units such as AT-ATs and speeders, air speeders such as Cloud Cars and V-Wings, all space platforms such as Bravo space platforms, and things of that nature.

Then what idiot didnt slap a size on the rules page chart, lol? Like Im gonna know how big those things are...

I swear, Ive never seen a rule #1 for planetary defenses, just a chart....

Edit: Then I guess some people got some 100km worth of mines to dispose of, lol

ok, get ready to be shocked, (I was heh):

Gencore I = 1500m each
Gencore II = 2500m each
KDY Standard TL = 800m each
KDY AD TL = 2000m each
PL Ion Cannon = 1500m each
