Considering how much I goof off on the boards, it's entirely probable that I would not be taken seriously if you knew who I was.

And I am serious about creating another lightsided faction. Very serious.

Ok, well I've thought it over a little bit, and have come up with some ideas.

First thing I thought of, is maybe not create a strictly lightsided group, but more like a mercenary faction that goes around hiring themselves out to the highest bidder, but a little different in that there is some work they will not accept, like wholesale slaughter of civilians.

One of their employers, say maybe an Imperial governer, decides to double cross them, cheat them out of their salary, and have them eliminated. The group is largely destroyed, but a few core members survive and link up with others who have been betrayed in the past to form a semi-mercenary faction who target one section of Imperial space to take out the governer.

After they succeed (if they don't die in the process, which would depend on whether or not people stay active in the faction or get bored with it, with the latter resulting in a Red Dawn final scene sort of engagement where a few mangled survivors limp off into the sunset), the faction could move back to their merc roots or possibly join up with an existing lightside faction, or settle down into a goverment faction, or go on throughout the galaxy blowing up more Imperial stuff for the fun of it.

And that's the first idea I've come up with.

And you expect us to take this "I go here but I'm not telling you who I am" thing seriously...

LOL.

People are probably going to be more open to the idea if you're honest with them about your identity. The unknown is always more feared and hated than that which is known, regardless how bad you think your reputation is.

Daemon Hyfe
TDA?

He uses capital letters and actual sentences, so it can't be TDA.

It's Max. I recognize the diction and structure.

I know who you are. I respect your desire to remain unknown however; I suggest very heavily that you identify yourself to the rest of the community, given who you are and the subject matter at hand, before I go ahead and do it for you.
