Might be hospitalized briefly in the next few days. If so, I will be out of contact.
Force Wars Barebones Outline (Minor Spoilers)
Take Care, Zark. Hope everything works out ok.
Good luck Zark, I hope to see you come back soon.
I live.
6 days spent in a local psych ward and now I'm doing a lot better, even managed to write most of an Isaac post with pencil and paper. Sorry to Resh, Smarts, and Ahnk. The Isaac post was the only one I could write a lot of because I couldn't look anything up, was writing blind.
I'll transcribe and finish it soon, but I'm not sure whether or not I want to post it as is or make it a part of an Intermission. I'm thinking Intermission, although don't mistake that to mean its Act 1's halfway point. Its just plot advancement, to a degree.

Glad to have you back, and well.
And no need to apologize to me; I spent the past six days with nothing to do, and still didn't manage to get a post up. Go team lazy go!

So I've noticed some people are having a hard time with the wibbley-wobbly timey-wimey aspect of the Force Wars, particular as it pertains to planetary takeovers. Myself included.
At first I was hoping we could just lump any planned takeovers into the thread, but I realize now that that is somewhat impractical because a) it somewhat compromises the integrity of the story and b) apparently old habits die hard (I'm looking at you, Corise and Reshmar).
So here's what I figure. Assuming your takeover doesn't time jump too severely or whatever, taking planets concurrently doesn't necessarily negate the possibility for your character's involvement in TFW, but it might make more sense if those characters were to be written out for the duration of the takeover. This may seem like common sense, but I just want to vocalize it.
Now, as far as larger scale stuff like Curse the Darkness and Corise's Prelude, that you can manage while keeping your characters in TFW so long as you have a clear idea of your personal timeline as it pertains to TFW. It'd really suck if say, Kraken and Smarts want to fight over something, but all of Smarts' characters are like three months behind all of Kraken's characters as it pertains to the timeline.
I'm not trying to enforce a strict timeline of events, at least not in Act 1, but at the same time I hope you are all aware that your characters cannot be in two places simultaneously, unless you're Corise then you can basically do whatever the fuck you want because clones.

thought we banned cloning.
No worries, I killed the Corise clone. I killed him real good.
Also, it's all Omnae's fault, don't blame me!
But seriously? Cloning's banned? That's no fun. How am I going to install my Vinda Puppet now?

Sounds good to me. I have no issues with that. I've actually purposely been NOT using my Jensaarai character (Adrian Ravenna) and holding him in reserve for the Force Wars thread. When I see a good opening, I'll start his little entrance into the Force Wars, where he'll do Confederation...stuff.
