What's with Admins removing all these bans?

It happens from time to time. To partially quote some nameless person some time ago, the admins of TRF have very big hearts and will probably never really permanent ban someone.

Except Chadd.

Chadd came back once then got rebanned

Xilen came back several times, got rebanned, never got the message, and got unbanned...

And Chadd has stayed away... but it's very hard for the admins to keep someone banned when they return using other names, ISP numbers and email.

And no, Xilen has not been unbanned.... he just won't stop returning in the above mentioned manner.

Nobody who has been banned has been unbanned. Where is Exar? I haven't seen him around.
