The Empire controls the Chiss homeworld, thats pretty much it.
As an additional note, this board is at its most active around 5 - 9 PM CST.

We had a couple Chiss groups which ultimately fell, and the Chiss used to play a role in the New Republic, before the New Republic fell and the Wrath Virus @#%$ up Csilla.
