Going through the old rules archive that Titus directed me to, it actually really won't take much of a rewrite, more simply a case of editing out what is not relevant anymore.

Unless of course people wish to change or add anything here I guess...

If I work on a draft, and then post it up, then you can all go through it and add / subtract / mock what aspects you like / loathe...
