Vance stood in the main meeting hall, looking out over the Sith Apprentices gathered. He watched each, his features hidden within his hood, as he gained a sense of the members gathered. No doubt they were wondering what was happening, why they had been called at such an early hour; and they would discover the fact soon enough, and they would need to act...

"Welcome, Apprentices," Vance said, his voice raising over the chatter in the hall. "You have been summoned for reasons which threaten the very existance of the Sith Order and what we hope to achieve." As he allowed that fact to sink in, Vance took a moment to think of how he was best going to say what needed doing...

"An enemy force has landed on Xa Fel, and they have begun to make preparations to create a home, it would seem. They have made a compound, which is just beyond the swamp marshes, and their number is considerable. We do not know what they want here, but the fact is that they can not leave this planet alive... Xa Fel is a carefully guarded secret and we can not allow these intruders to compromise our Order."

Vance began pacing on the raised dias he spoke from, his eyes narrowed as he continued to look over the Sith.

"You will be charged with keeping our Order safe, you will have to kill these intruders and allow none to escape. You will need to deal with the compound, ceasing the enemy and ceasing their communications to their orbiting frigate. Once you have done this, I would suggest you begin making plans on boarding and capturing the frigate... we do not know how many are aboard, but you can expect heavy resistance."

Vance crossed his arms, smirking.

"You can all consider this a part of your training, a means to show what you can do and how strong you really are. You will be watched, this I can assure you, and the Council will know of your efforts should you make any. You will be alone for this, working together as a group and fighting a common enemy. If you desert your fellow brother, you will be punished most severly, that I can promise you."

Vance stopped pacing, looking at those gathered.

"With that, you had best be on your way. The Order has supplied a number of speeder bikes for this mission, as the distance to the compound is not an easy trek. It is also best advised that you use the enemies own shuttles to gain access to their frigate... that is all, brothers. Do the Order proud and purge this enemy from out planet once and for all!"

Turning, Vance stalked from the hall, leaving those around to continue on their mission...

Valas sat down after Vance finished his speech. He had mixed emotions about this raid. He was excited to go on his first mission, but was also quite nervous. Only apprentices? what if something goes wrong? The Council said they are watching over...but could they get there in time to save them? Would they even want to? Valas shook the thoughts from his mind. Hmmm, who could these raiders be? Valas thought for a second...no...no that was highly unlikely. Was it possible that the raiders that attacked his home planet followed him here? He wasnt sure if they could have tracked his navicomputer before he went into hyperspace, though it was possible. He started to get fearful. What if his presence endangered the Order. If the Council found out, would they punish him? No of course not. He found that he was now pacing back and forth. he took another seat. Where was Orion? He definently did not want to do this without him.

Orion stood among other apprentices and was quite shocked, that their secret was almost already revealed, but that couldn`t happen. He had only began and his dreams of a powerful sith order were ruined, Orion began to look for his ally amongst other apprentices. Valas was quite short and eventough Orion was one of the longest apprentices he couldn`t find Valas with his eyes. Orion decided to wait for Valas at the speeder and was the first one who got out of the meeting room only to proof his worth once again. Orion would love the start of this assingment, because it involved speeder and Orion was quite handy with those small craft. Orion made his way to the speeders almost running and cheching on his way, that he had his lightsaber tightly on his belt and soon arrived to the speeders. They were in a good shape he had to admit and Orion jumped on the closest, but didn`t want to wait for Valas and accelerated away from the temple with some other apprentices behind him. Orion enjoyed from the speed before the battle would begin, a few apprentices might die because of themselves or some low life scumbag, which would shoot anyone in the back anytime. A strait ahead attack wouldn`t be wise, but first stopping and observing the enemy would make this like childs play. Orion stopped and hided his speeder, then he waited for some others to arrive and wawed with his hands to stop.....

OOC: if someone is intrested to work with Orion then here is the chance...the next one could continue about making attack plans and describing the enemy..

Valas noticed that almost all of the speeders were gone, and there were still many apprentices left. He shot forward and headed for a speeder, knocking over a sith and jumping on it. He made one last check to make sure he had his gear. Lightsaber,ComLink, rations, and a plasma grenade. All good. Valas smashed his foot on the pedal and it lurched forward. He loved being on a speeder bike. It was something that came naturally for him because he could "see" far distances. he occasionally had precognative abilities. He had seen a nerf walk in the road on his home planet and swerved the bike seconds before it happened narrowly dodging it. He was speeding along when he saw a few of the apprentices stopped. He felt a familiar emotion, he spread out and saw Orion making gestures. He ripped the speeder bike to the left and pulled it into a concave of rocks and stepped off.

"Why hello there." He said smiling.

Orion saw Valas stop and was reliefed, that he now had a true friend on his side in stead of that backstabbing Shadow. Orion smiled at Valas when he arrived and nodded towards where he had hidden his bike.

"Hide your bike there, we have no rush because no one is stuppid enough to attack our enemies without a plan, but it would always be nice to be the first ones in the heart of the action."

Orion smiled and walked away from Valas listening his surroudings trough the force hoping, that no one could indeed be that stupid. Allthough he never knew what shadow was up to, Orion nodded slightly and wawed at Valas to come closer.

"We will go trough here, I doubt no one has noticed our presence so we will have to sneak close to the enemy as we can to find up what their doing here or even who they are. Of course after few plans are made we get to the fun part, if this is your first time in combat then you must remember not to panic. That is the most common mistake, that people do on the battle field, all scouts must be killed cause we don`t a full alarm now don`t we? and remember to keep your saber allways available." Orion smiles slightly"Geesh...I`m begining to sound like one of our masters when I lecture you, but now let`s go and see what kind of low life slimes we are dealing with."

Orion disappears to the bushes and begins to walk staying low in case for enemy scouts should appear, Orion sneaked behind trees to another cover with Valas propably right behind his back. Then Orion saw smoke ahead behind a small ridge and knew, that this woud be their first contact with the enemy and went to the ground on his stomach. He told Valas to follow the example and began to crawl closer trying not to make sounds, but luckily the enemy talked to each others almost so loudly, that it silenced their crawling sounds. Then they stopped talking and Orion began to sweat a little, because if there was larger group it could mean trouble and scouts woul sound the alarm. No one came and Orion sighed from relief crawling closer, when he got to the top of the ridge he pulled his gogles out and examined the enemy while he told with his hand for Valas to come closer. When Valas came Orion offered the gogles to him and turned on his back himself smiling.

"I think we got our first slaughter in our hands, because what I see there is just men, that are scared to death. Look at them...."

Jude listened to the briefing intently, and was as shocked as anyone else about the news. He let the shock turn to anger, a useful lessen his former master had tought him before he had disappeared to some secret errand. When the briefing was over, Jude had many thoughts about him, and about how it was best to handle the situation. A enemy frigate? That is something I could handle, for hijacked many ships in order to get about, I have done. Although I would need the help of the others in order to secure it. Armed soldiers are much fiercer opponent's than regular ship's crewmembers. But first things first, we need to eliminate the enemies's compound. And in order to do that, we need intel, so reconissance in force is what I shall do. After all, I have just the animal's instincts needed for such a mission. First I will need to dress. Jude ran to his room, where he put on his dark green combat jumpsuit. This one he had just made to where he would blend in well with the swampy terrain where they were located at. Having secured that, he then put on his plain black robes into a travel bag, along with his blaster pistol. He strapped his lightsaber to his side belt, and then he felt that he was ready.

Heading out from his room, he headed down the corridor to the temple opening. Out there he sighted a number of other apprentices heading out on speeder bikes. He hissed softly to himself. Fools, look at them, heading out at full speed with no impotence to their certain demise. Strong are they in the force, but very weak in it's control, they are also. And if the enemy are alert to them coming, then no chance, will we have. Still, I could have used a speeder bike to cover half of the distance to the estimated location of their compound a lot quicker. Instead, Jude took off at a dead run into the swamp, trusting his instincts and the force to guide him safely through and onto the dry lands where the enemy awaited. Oh this is ridicolous, it will take me forever. Jude pulled out a comlink.

"Hey, Sithesses, request a pickup at (recites location) immediatly over." said Jude. He then came to a stop and waited for his friends to arrive.

Valas stretched his mind out and felt the enemies presence. He turned to Orion.

"There's 6 of them, maybe 7, it's hard to tell. They landed in a shuttle only a few moments ago. We could Hijack it and get aboard the Frigate, but there's a few problems. I'm not much or a pilot, and unless you can handle that we'll need someone else. But more importantly we'd need the ID Signature for the Shuttle. More than likely the captain of the vessel has the ID Card on him, but if he has it memorized than we can't kill him. Plus we don't know which one the captain is." Valas finished.

"Hey, Sithesses, request a pickup at (recites location) immediatly over." Valas heard crackle over his ComLink. It was Judicious Kraken. Valas knew that he was a seasoned pilot, and could probably be a huge help once they got aboard the Frigate. He pulled out his ComLink.

"Judicious, This is Valas and Orion. We have located a shuttle and surrounding guards. We are considering hijacking it to get aboard the frigate, but we may need your help. Are you interested? If so we can send someone to come get you." Valas said as he waited for a reply.

"All other Sith. We will need several Sith to infiltrate the temple and silently take out as many (Bounty Hunters or whatever they are) as you can. Orion and I are going to attempt to sever communications between the Frigate and their base on Xa Fel. Shadow, this seems like your area of expertise. Would you mind taking some other apprentices into the temple? If you can, jam their communications so they can't reach the ship. If anyone has any objections, or any better ideas, speak them now. Valas Out."

Orion smiled as Valas gives suggestions of action trough the com link to the other, Orion would have had a different kind of a plan in mind, but didn`t really care as long as he would get to drop some heads. Orion looked once more trough his gogles at the shuttle and it`s crew, the guards were having a chat while the captain was checking some unloaded cargo. Propably guns and rations for their troops or something like that, which really didn`t matter to them except for the sith future forces they could be useful. Orion put the gogles on his belt and turned to Valas.

"We need, that ID before we start chopping of heads cause accidents may happen and we can`t afford to take, that chance besides it will a nice test for my force powers allthough these are ordinary men, that are easily tricked. Follow me, stay low and don`t make a sound."

Orion turned and began to crawl towards the other side of the camp going at the side of the jungle still covered by the bushes, Orion hated crawling like that because it made him feel like a lesser life form, that he was. Orion sneaked behind some boxes getting up to his knees and waiting for the captain to chech the boxes, which behind he was. Orion lowered his hand watching at Valas telling him to stay there and moved a little to the side of the box. When he was getting eye contact with the captain one of the guards yelled at the captain.

"Is that stupid rutine going to take long? Come on and join as for a small drink."

Orion sweated slightly hoping, that the soldiers would stop speaking to the captain, the captain turned to look at the soldier with an angry face.

"I don`t drink on duty and besides you shouldn`t either because you don`t know what lives in these jungles. One moment and they might be on you.."The soldiers turned away to their chatting while the captain turned away and walked on the other side of the boxes facing Orion, who concentrated letting the force work on this weak minded captain.

"Come here" Orion said with a commanding tone and the captain disappearred from the guards sight, but they thought that the captain was just contining the checking. Orion looked at Valas and nodded him to come behind the boxes and then began talking to the captain with a persuading voice. "Now your all right and I`m your friend so you can tell me a little secret of yours, now can`t you?" The captain nodded "What`s the ID code to the ship?" The captains cheek went inside his mouth as, if tried to fight the order, but after a few seconds the answer came out. "The ID to the shuttle is 9H33YTR." Orion smiled memorizing this information and looked at Valas with cunning smile. "Want to take the first kill?"

A whining noise filled the area around the parked shuttle and it's troops. One of the soliders looked up and spoke to the others. "That must be Orkins. I wonder what was up with that open air comm transmission. And hey, did we ever take bets down on what the hell sithesses are?" asked the soldier. The whining noise of the speeder grew until finally it was upon them, travelling at a high rate of speed. One of the soldiers stood up to wave it over. The speeder turned torwards him, and began to slow down. Then they all got a good look at the occupant in the speeder. It was some kind of large humanoid, wearing all black. Realising that this was not Lieutenant Orkins, the soldiers all stood up and drew their blasters. Judicious smiled at their stupidity, then set the accelerator at the speeder to full as he jumped off of it's back. The speeder accelerated straight torwards the group of soldiers. One luckless chap was too slow, and got caught by the front end of the speeder, impaling him straight in the chest. The speeder continued on into the swamp, the dead soldier hanging off it's front end. The other soldiers looked back torwards when the thing had jumped off. They did not see it.

Jude smiled. In the few minutes that their attention had been focused on watching the speeder, and watching it fly off with their former comrade stuck to it's front end, Jude had quickly closed the distance to the two troops. He felt two other dark presences closing on his position as well, and so ignited his lightsaber and stood up, next to one of the soldiers. The man turned around just as lightsaber came up between his legs and entered his crotch. His mouth and eyes went wide as the lightsaber continued up the length of his body, quickly reaching his head and coming out through his scalp. The two halves of the man then collapsed to the swamp floor with a spray of blood. Licking his lips upon which some of the man's blood had landed, a wild, animal, ferocious look in his eyes, Judicious looked at the other troopers, and attacked.

Valas watched in amazement as Orion tricked the Captain into giving him the ID code.

"The ID to the shuttle is 9H33YTR." The captain said without any emtion. Valas locked that number in his head. He'd have to remember to ask Orion about that Mind Trick.

"Want to take the first kill?" Orion said with a grin. Valas nodded and pulled out his lightsaber. He through, for just a second, if she should really kill this man. But after an instant his instincts took over. The lightsaber blade ignited and whipped acroos the man's neck. The body hit the ground and the head rolled several feet.

"What the..." Valas heard one guard say. He heard Orion's lightsaber flare to life a second after. Valas shot out from the shuttle and saw three guards standing a few feet away. He lunged forward and caught one guard by surprise with a verticle slash, taking off the entire right side of his body. The other two had there blasters out and began firing. Valas blocked one blaster and watched it reflect into the air. Behind him he could hear the scream of a guard as Orion joined the fighting.

The two guards were backing up and rapidly firing their blasters. He would have to charge them if he didn't want to get killed on his first mission. But if he let down his guard they might have an open shot. A blaster shot flew past his ear, that was too close. He had to concentrate.

Valas blocked out everything. The blaster fire, Orion's wanton slaughter behind him, the entire battel. His senses became clear. Everything was clear. For the first time in his life he truly saw through the force. He could see one of the guards kneeling, and the other slightly behind him. He could define the modified blaster, but more importantly, he could see the lasers. They seemed to be moving so slow. He adjusted his lightsaber ever-so-much and the bolt connected with it, and flew back straight into the standing guards chest. He let out a smile. The other guard, slightly stunned, tried to stand, but din't make it. Valas shot forward, severing the guards leg at his knee. The guard reeled in pain and clumsily tried to pick up his blaster.

"That will cost you." Valas said with a smirk. He whipped his lightsaber into the man, slicing his hand off at the wrist. The man screamed in agony again. He turned to see Orion standing over three more dead guards with a wicked smile on his face.

"Nice. I left this one alive, we'll give him a MedPac so he'll stop screaming, then we can use his voice to give the ID code to the Frigate. SHould we wait for Jude or go on our own?"
