They walked for several meters before Snake stopped and turned to Jade,drawing his sword.

"Before we go,let's get one thing straight.You don't seem to like me.And frankly I don't care.But we need to save Jaina and we need to do it together.I know how Liquid thinks,I am him.We are exactly alike in everyway,we think alike and what he knows,I know.So I will need you to listen to me and trust me.I know what I am doing"

Jade draws her sword and rolls her eyes.

"I could care less what you think of me. But I do agree on saving Jaina, and I will do whatever you say.

Now, tell me what our plan is before we go into the snake pit, so to speak."

there is cursing heard from the engine room and suddenly ben comes out, covered in grease with a hydrospanner in his hand

Um...Cairo? Are we gonna need to get away from here quick?

Cairo gasped, "Ben!! What did you do!?"

I didn't do anything. Everything was fine and dandy. And then we took off. I was looking atthe engine and three of the main fuel lines busted. Plus, the coolant lines on the motivator need to be replaced. Hope that our quick get away isn't needed in less than three hours.

Cairo groaned and went to send a com-message to Owen, telling him about the problem.
He wasnt to thrilled, as expected, but there was nothing that could be done...besides...it would probably take them that long to get Jai....or longer...

Snake glared at Jade.He considered replying to he remark but decided against it.

"The <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Carrack<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->-class Light Cruiser is 350 meters long and there are plenty of ways in.But we have this"

He held up his sword.

"It can cut through the hull of the ship.I trust you have your lightsaber"?

Jade reaches around her to her left back beltloop and grabs hold of her black onyx hilt that houses twin black blades. She then reaches around to her back right belt loop and grabs her silver Maladorian hilt that houses one dark purple blade and one dark green blade. She holds them up for him to see.

"Always."

Jade then moves aside her jacket and shows him that she has a blaster pistol holstered to each thigh.

"Never know when these will come in handy."

She replaces her Maladorian hilt, keeping out her black onyx hilt, then ignites one jet black blade.

"Whenever your ready."
