Grand Admiral Logan stood on the bridge of the MSD.waiting for the Calimarian forces to arrive.

Jaina looked skyward, up at the glittering dots in the night, and shuddered. Something was wrong....very wrong...

"Sir we have deployed our fighters and we are procceding to the north pole of Kessel. I estimate that we will be there in three minutes. There is no sign of any Chimera Fleet ships yet."

They shut down the drive systems and the weapons. Then all the ships launched their fighters. They went screaming in at the opposing fighters. The 3 Victory Class mkII's each launched 80 Diamond Boron torpedoes that were designed to destroy starfighters. Immobilizer powered up it's gravity well generators. Then the 2 Victory's opened fire on the Defender and the other Victory opened fire on the Neublon. Within Seconds the TNA MCF taskforce had lost multiple fighters. and were taking a severe pounding. The Neublon B exploded under the fire It was receiving and it's attacker moved in on the Defender.Meanwhile multiple Enemy fighters had been destroyed. Admiral Joe opened a comm channel to the TNA/MCF ships.<!--EZCODE BOLD END-->


"This is Admiral Joe Schmoe of CHimera Fleet. If you surrender know you will be allowed to leave the system as long as you promise not to return to Kessel for another 3 months. Also the ships that have control of your ships can turn off the life support any time they feel like."

OOC: No it is not legal you need to put up a better fight that Joe to take our ships. We have some bite our selves to give if you want a fight. Looking at the fleet manifests Even with a sneak attack That would indeed hurt our ships they were already prepared for fighting battle systems all armed. A little hurt from the attack yes but we stand more then a decent chance seeing as we still out number you.

Greyy Trespe was in charge of the saber strike in Vonta's abscence from the fleet on her "Jedi travels" as she put it. The ships that came out of hyper space Took them by surprise. The armor of the four capitol ships was taking a pounding with out shields. Well then he was going to need to give them cover. Grey was expecting resistance and had some ships in reserve past some of the moons of the system.

In the mean time the Defender and Saber strike were holding there own. All turbo lasers were turned on to one of the victory star destroyers and the Defender was fireing on the other. Being the smaller ship the saber strike was taking less fire but was still hurting.

"Sir Sheilds failing in the front upper levels!" A officer yelled.

Turning for a quick answer. "Redirect power from none essential systems and increase power from the rear sheild to reinforce them." The battle was not going well.

Planetary orbit::::::::::

The Fighters were deployed already prepareing for a strike on planet.

The pilots Turned to see the attack. "Strike leader, abort mission and head for the enemy ships. Ghost wing 'surprise special', Fiery wings D, X, and A cover for B flight. Ready on my mark."

The fighters formed up the Four phantoms shimmer from sight the wings of A-wing, X-wing, and Defender fighters from a squadron large wedge the defenders in the middle And A-wings and X-wings to either side. Two schimters and two B-wing fighters (B flight) Follow behind the mixed squadron provideing cover.

All of the fighters near the Engagment area. The enemy had its hands full with exchangeing ships fire. But they seemed to have a few left over turrets becuase they begain to take fire. The ships launched a barrage of long range missles at the incoming fighters the wedge of fighters Opened fire with Proton torpedos and laser fire at the missles destroying some and missing others.

"A flight get their attention!" Leader shout.

A staticy affirmitive came over the comm. The infamous static of fighter comms systems only good for distorting a voice so that it was unidentifiable to enemys if you are a known target.

The A Flight shoot ahead of the others breaking off to attract the attention of the missles guidence systems. Their speed keeping them just ahead of the missles.

Forming up with X flight on top and D flight bellow they continue forward. The barrage was taking its toll the fighters were loseing shield power and fast. Two of the X-wings were critically hurt and set adrift. then went on of the Defenders. The enemy had missle locks again.

"Ghosts move!" Leader commanded. Four phantoms shimmer back to life as if from no where. On a vector straight at the VSD Strifing the sheilds into none existence.

Leader smiles frome the cockpit of his X-wing. The remaining cover fighter break off their run with good bye gift of 6 proton torps impacting with other shields that surrouded the hurt area of the shield system. Schimters and B-wings let loose on the unsheilded area. B-wings 6 Ion canons disableing many turrets and ship systems. The 8 laser canons of the 4 fighters eating into the hull. And shotting two rounds of missles in to the hull. 4 torps ripping into the ship. The explosion leaving a large gapping hole in the ship.

The A flight reported that one of their ships was adrift from a hit but allive the pilot had managed to shot down his bogey that was tailing him by rotating the lasers backwards. The missle just exploded allittle to close disabling the engines.

"Roll call people." There were 3 A-wings, two X-wings, 3 defenders, the four bombers and the Phantom wing still in the fight. No wait another A-wing is two damaged to fight.

"Break off A 4 your finished for today. Every one else form up for another run on that gash in the VSD's side. Ghosts break of and help out the E-wings if you can. Out." The ships make another run.

From The out side in orbit of a moon Three Lancers (Guantlet, Ralroost, sharpshooter) and three DreadNaughts (Sol, Caridden, waverider) recieve orders to assit. The Captian was told by grey that they may need their assistance later on in the engagement but he never expected it to come this early. From the battle information the enemy had some sort of specialty missles that work against fighters. The Quadlasers on the Dreadnaught and the lancers should make those obsolete. Deploying a squad of fighters a piece, one squad of Droid X fighters and 2 squads of X-wings and a wing of M1 ties. They come out from the sensor shadow of the moon. Heading strait for the Three star destroyers.

The comm officer nodded and began talking to the captains of those ships.

The CF's VSDs were now coming under heavy fire as the TNA ships began pounding it.

"Comm tell Emperor Teebo that his shis my help if they want.Or if they want they can stay at Kessel and take control of the planet.:

"Aye sir waiting for a response"

Jaina felt a million little ripples in the force all at once signaling danger was too close for comfort...Solo-Darklighter grabbed Datoo's hand and ran, dragging him along, "Move your arse, Tex! It's time to get the heck outta dodge!"

The two smuggler's scrambled aboard Jai TY-1300 (the <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Millennium Jade-Falcon<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->) and powered up ASAP. Jaina used her Jedi powers combined with Terex's Datooinian ones and resolved to fly southward under atmosphere then haul thier smuggler-butts back to Corellia or Nar Shadda or anyplace but here. The hammer was about to come down and neither one of them was in good enough condition (after that bar brawl) to try to stop any kinda attack.

Within moments---due to Jai's expert piloting---the YT-1300 was humming high above Kessel surface, bursting out of the atmosphere/gavitational pull, and soaring back to a safer location...
