On route to Khar Shian

Blood Frenzy had taken off into space in good time, Zeta pleased with the progress that Chikami had made. However... there was much more in store, more than Chikami was unaware of.

The Zabrak had no plans to tell him of the ventures ahead, letting the Knight believe in some alternate planning.

All seemed to be going according to the Lord's plan. The Knight would meet his ending.

The Zabrak gave nothing away to the Knight that would allow an arousal of suspicion.

"In the six hours of preparation, did you by chance get a moment to study Khar Shian?”

If the Knight had been wise, he would have taken the time to study the moon.... Not that it would do him a bit of good.

"A little."

Chikami lied. He had had no time to study the moon. In actuality he had barely completed the poison in the specified time period, but these were not matters to be discussed.

Without warning Chikami locked in the final coordinate for khar Shian and launched into hyperspace. The Blood Frenzy behaved beautifully, and within seconds stars were streaming past the hull in rainbow like color.

"Good," he said, before finding a seat to settle in, making sure to sit before the jump into hyperspace, the Zabrak did not want any repeats like the last unexpected jump he had while in Lupercus' company.

Good was exactly what Zeta meant. He knew Chikami well enough, at least well enough to catch him in a lie. The Knight had not bothered to look at Zeta's face as he answered.

Good. This would make things that much harder for Chikami.

For a moment the Zabrak debated on telling Chikami his real reason for bringing the Knight to Khar Shian. If he told Chikami the truth, the ability to prepare would come into play.

The Knight would be no more.

"I'm sure you'll find many other things to keep yourself occupied if Malice does not show."

Indeed he would, Zeta would make sure of it.

"I'm sure you'll find many other things to keep yourself occupied if Malice does not show."

Those words brought a haunting thought to Chikami's mind, for Malice was the main reason he had made this trip. Pushing away such thoughts Chikami sat back and let the ship fly itself.

Chikami came to his senses as the Blood Frenzy neared Khar Shian. Throwing the ship out of hyperdrive Chikmai prepared for descent to the dark moon.

Atmospheric re-entry went without any problems, and Chikami managed to find a decent enough spance to land. Chikami got up from his seat and walked towards the rear of the ship.

Smacking a button on the wall the loading ramp hissed as it began to lower.

"Lord Zeta, we have arrived."

"Good, gather your things, we still have a rigorous amount of walking to do," Zeta said, removing himself from his seat.

He said little more as he made his way to the ramp of the ship, exiting out into Khar Shian's atmosphere.

Chikami would not be the same after today.

Chikami reached into a nearby storage compartment and grabbed a few of his favorite toys, thermal detonators. Pocketing the bombs Chikami checked his person for the rest of his belongings Lightsaber, Dagger, and poison all there.

Satisfied that he had everything Chikami followed Zeta down the ramp. Stepping away from the ship Chikami pulled back his sleeve and tapped a few buttons on his wrist console.

Shortly thereafter a dozen droideka's activated and rolled down the ramp. Once assembled Chikami gave them clear orders. "Blast anything but myself and Lord Zeta that nears this ship." With the order given the droids circled the ship and went into surveillance mode.

Looking to Zeta Chikami said "Well Lord Zeta which way do we go from here?"

Zeta could only offer a quizzical expression toward Chikami, offering no other means of expression.

As he walked on, leaving the Chikami to follow, he wondered if the Knight had any idea of what he would encounter. Some small part of Zeta believed that Chikami knew, but that didn't much matter to Zeta. The Lord's plans would still be followed through.

"Be wary, Chikami, there is much that lurks near by," he said, secretly warning the Knight of what was to come.

The two headed west, where the Knight would meet his end.

Stretching out with the force the Zabrak unlocked his cages, releasing Chikami's means for demise.

Chikami needed no warning from Lord Zeta. Chikami had not dropped his guard since he had boarded the Blood Frenzy. There was something about his trip that Zeta wasn't revealing, but so far Chikami knew not what exactly.

Following silently Chikami prepared for what was to come. The two walked for what seemed like miles in complete darkness, but despite the lack of light Chikami could 'see' all that was around him.

"Stop," he said suddenly. The Zabrak had been directing the Knight to the same area for approximately twenty minutes, though quite hard to take notice through the darkness.

A simple way to pass the time as he waited for phase one to begin.

The eight-legged creature was steadfastly approaching.

It was the first creature the Knight would encounter in his journey toward destruction, his own obliteration.

"There..."

Zeta pointed, his fingers pointing toward an indication of movement within the pitch-black darkness.

From within a breach of darkness came forth the Silooth... huge jaw and all... ready to strike with its acid.

It was then that Zeta vanished out of thin air, the Knight being left alone with the creature.

If Chikami had learned while he had had the chance to, he'd have no problem adapting to the ferocious best.

If not.. well then.. the Knight would make quite a fulfilling snack for the Silooth.

The Silooth wasted no time in using its trademark acidic spit sending a fan of it out towards Chikami.

Chikami dove sideways into a roll avoiding the spray of acid, but not totally the tail of his cloak had melted away. Standing again Chikami removed the cloak and tossed it aside.

Chikami knew the creature would not stop until it killed him or died itself. The creature was mutated with one purpose in mind the destruction of all life.

Reaching into his robe Chikami pulled out a thermal detonator. Using the force to enhance his speed and power Chikami activated the thermal detonator in his metallic hand, and charged the Silooth. Chikami jumped aided by the force onto the creatures back and slammed his fist through its chitinous plating leaving the detonator deep in its back.

The Silooth reacted quickly to Chikami's attack tossing him off to the side. It then lashed out with a claw catching Chikami on his left forearm leaving a large gash.

Chikami winced as the creature ripped his arm open, but knew something the Silooth did not. Chikami rolled behind a nearby tree as the thermal detonator exploded throwing pieces of the mutated creature all over the area.

Chikami stood and walked out from behind the tree. He slung his arm downward sending blood to the ground. Chikami knew not what Lord Zeta had planned for him next but he imagined the Silooth was just a warmup.
