This takes place in the Mylock IV system, directly after the Alliance retreat
Rogue Imperial ships were zooming back and forth amongst each other, those that were damaged had fled to their respective shipyards, those that were not damaged stayed behind for clean up defense. A wing of TIE Interceptors and TIE Fighters were out on a defensive perimeter to assure that the Alliance and Mon Cal fleets did not try any last ditch attacks with fighters.
Fearsons had already left to monitor Tibanna Gas sales and the assignments of his fighters. It was only after the Battle of Mylock IV and the <!--EZCODE UNDERLINE START-->Great Eclipse War<!--EZCODE UNDERLINE END--> did he realize how little fighters he had, and how many he needed.
The thousands of fighters indeed were not enough to support all of his craft, and he needed to adjust that. But now, under Admiral Telween, the damaged, the dead, and the wounded needed to be brought aboard for one last counter strike against the Mon Cals. The planet of Mon Calamari was in Rogue Imperial hands as was, and yet they still did not surrender.
The Rogue Empire had scored a major victory against the Alliance, the Battle of Mylock IV was indeed the turning point of the war, but Admiral Wyldan, whom was there since the beginning of the empire, had been slain. Fearsons had specifically requested that <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> his<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> corpse be brought back for proper funeral.
Lt. Commander Darek Vled, leader of TIE Interceptor group Sigma, stayed in a tight fighter formation around the damaged ships, his crest tipped solar panels dodging the damaged ships just barely. His attention was caught onto a wrecked Nebulan-Class B Frigate that was too damaged to jump into hyperspace. The metal was burning, the color in certain areas an eerie mixture of red and orange glowing near the bridge.
"You see that boys?" he said into his comm link, spinning a barrel roll to the right flank and tossing himself under the Frigate. It was dubbed the <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Rogue<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->...one of the first Frigates ever manufactured by the Rogue Empire. Its forces were still alive no doubt, but it had taken a severe beating and would need immediate repairs.
The TIE Interceptors in the squadron then pulled up and around the wreckage that was left of the <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Archammer<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->...it was scattered everywhere. The chunks of the super laser were there also...as well as the reactor...
"Sigma 1 to Admiral Telween, Telween I need your immediate response," the commander said into his comm link, swirving to dodge the wreckage.
"This is Telween, what is it Sigma 1?"
"Well Admiral, there seems to be a lot of debris from the enemy super laser here...what if we got our guys in here and tried to salvage some of it?" there was a dead silence for a moment, then his radio kicked back up.
"We are dispatching our cargo ferries to pick the pieces up, excellent observation Sigma 1," Telween responded iun unison with the several cargo ferries leaving the command ship. They moved in bound for the wreckage that was once the Alliance's Eclipse Superlaser.
"Ok men, let's give those ferries fighter cover until they get back home," Sigma 1 told his group eagerly, flying in formation around the cargo ferries dubbed Carrier 1-5. It did not take much time for them to gather up most of the wreckage and ebgin heading back home.
