K'taruuk could see the forest moving withing, a large dark shape hurtling towards them at breakneck speeds. Suddenly a huge beast burst out through the trees, rearing up on it's hind legs and unleashing a ferocious roar, knocking K'taruuk's soliders on thier behinds.

However when the beast settled down, he could see that on it's back was a rider. A Retakkenari Rider!!

"Fellow brethren.”

He spoke looking up at the Retakkenari Rider. His face was easily seen in the bright light of the jungle. He was of light green and white skin, almost blending into the forest background.

“I am Remak. Leader of the Retakkenari of Retak. We have come in search of another planet. Like this. With other Retakkenari Brethren.”

The man was suspicious at first, then realized Remak was very serious. He nodded and jumped off of the beast.

“My name is Teesceph. Our Capitol is very close. Come with us.”

“I’m sorry Teesceph, but what do you mean by ‘us’?”

That’s when out of nowhere other Tekkitians walked out from behind the jungle background, behind Teesceph.

“Will you be taking me to your Imperius please?”

“What do you mean Imperius?”

“Your king. Leader.”

“I understand what you mean now. I’m sorry, we haven’t had an Imperius for one hundred and one years. Tekkit became chaotic when they discovered he had no son. Everyone lives on their own, without a government.”

“Tekkit, is that what you call this world?”

Teesceph nodded.

“I am sorry to hear you lack a leader. But we can offer you hope, in making this planet brothers with ours. An alliance if you will. We can give you a leader, and defense.”

“That’s good to hear, I am glad you offer us such hope. The only way of convincing the rest of the world would be through our capitol’s network. Sending messages. Stooping the wars, and chaos. This may require an army larger than anyone upon this planet. How did you get here though?”

“On ships, ones that will protect your world in the future. Ones that will stop your chaos.”

“I see. We have ships. They just cannot leave the planet. Some have tried and they are never seen of again.” Teesceph says.

“We will help.”

"Let me assure you," continued K'taruuk, "that we are here to help. We undertook this mission to seek out others like us an help them reenter the fold.

"That's very reassuring sir." Said Teesceph.

K'taruuk stared uneasily up at the animal Teesceph had been riding on. It wasn't easy to ingore such a thing as it towered almost twenty feet above him.

"I must say, that is a striking beast you're riding."

"Magnificent isn't it." he replied. "It's a Gragnak. There's a right of passage that every one of us must fullfill in our early years before we reach adulthood where we must tame one of these beasts, and take it as our own. I have been with this one for fourteen years, in that time we have seen much, and he has been my protector since then. I don't know what I'd do without it."

K'taruuk chuckled looking up again at the animal. "Truly magnificent. So, tell me Teesceph, do you reside close by?"

"Oh yes, we live in the valley, just beyond the trees. I could show you the way if you'd like."

"Please, lead on." Said the Imperius.

Teesceph called out into the forest, and two quadrapeds came bounding out, each complete with riding harnesses.

"These will make the journey back to the city much quicker.Do you know how to ride one?"

The imperius and K'taruuk looked at each other before shaking their heads in denial.

"I'm sure we'll learn, how hard could it be." Said K'taruuk

They mounted the animals and set of through the trees towards the city, leaving the rest to guard the ship. The two creatures carring them soon cleared the trees and began to bound down the grassy slopes behind Teesceph's Gragnak.

From this vantage point they could see down into the entire valley, and into the city below. K'taruuk was in awe at the bustling metropolis that lay out in front of him. The cityscape stretched all along the bottom and sides of the valley and continued off into the distance. A large number of hovering vehicles soarded in and out of the tall buildings lining the valley floor. Despite Teesceph's initial impression, this planet was still very much the prospering place, at least from this height anyway.

............

Roughly ten minutes had transpired from the time they had departed from the hill's peak to the valley floor at the gates of the city.

"Patrol G1 Reporting back in with Visitors." Teesceph called out towards the massive gates.

He looked back at the Imperius and the Hive Elder, before turning back to the gates.

"You're not gonna believe what, or rather who I've got here!"

A few seconds of silence passed, before the gates released a groan and then slowly parted, leading them into the city.
The banner overhead read 'Teskarri Retakkenari, yesheck pir tashka l'markash tekkla', roughly translated to 'Welcome to the city of Tashka, home to all Retakkenari.'

The sign was just one of the welcoming sights they were greated with as the entered through the gates. In the main street, children played with gava balls, just like those on Retak, however K'taruuk was more amazed by the statues that lined the long road into the main city. Each one seemed to be of a fallen Retakkenari. The plaques at thier bases spoke of fallen ones in a great battle not that long ago, each one died valiently for the Hive before the fall of the King.

They continued on down the main path towards the metropolitian area at a steady pace. The Retakkenari younglings stopped playing and stared blanky at K'taruuk and his leader. He razed a hand in an effort to say hello, but the little ones scattered as fast as thier little claws could carry them, off into dark alleyways and underground passages.

Teesceph turned on his Gragnak, "Wait here, I will alert the city of your arrival." He said, before riding off.

K'taruuk dismounted from his ride and strolled over to the line of memorial statues he'd noticed earlier. He ran his talons over the embossed lettering at the base of the statues, while reading thier words to himself.

'In memory of those who fought with honour to defend the king in the great tribe wars, may thier Taktra live on with those of the other great dead.'

K'taruuk's gaze was broke by the returning rider.
"I have told my Elders of your story, they are anxious to here it told, please, come with me now." He said.

"Just a second if you will, Teesceph, before we continue on, would you mind enlightening me on this Tribal war as detailed in the memorial plaques?"

Teesceph, stared uneasily at K'taruuk for a split second on his gragnak, before speaking again.

"There will be time for tales about us later, first you must come.

Come."Said the uneasy rider as he began to lead on, deeper into the city.

K'taruuk glanced back to the statues, then at the disembarking rider, and sighed before remounting his ride.

Remak looked around to notice much greenery and leaves, with water fountains along side some trees. It had stone carvings of Retakkenari on its side. Remak smiled, and continued on. They moved at a medium pace for a few more minutes before they arrived at a fancy building with much elegancy, elegant only to Retakkenari. Other species like the pink skins would not approve of the environment that most Retakkenari live in.

They dismounted their Gragnaks and walked inside this building with many Biological beings inside, on the wall. It was like the walls were living and breathing themselves. Remak was truly in awe of the inspiring colony and look of it. He looked even closer. It seemed as if this was where their own Imperius had once lived. There was a moment of silence between the Retakkenari inside the room.

“This is where our king once lived. Please, take a seat. We must talk.”

Teecseph motioned to the table a few meters down. They all took a seat in a weird-looking contraption that seemed as is it was made just for Retakkenari for sitting in, which it was. It was a biological stool. It stood upright and had a rounded base to sit in.

“Our world in chaos. No one has taken the throne, and no one wanted to make anything of it. Until you two arrived. We-“

“CHHHH-“ A device on top of the table turned on and there was a retakkenari voice on the other end. “Teecseph, are you in here?” He said hesitantly.

“Yes, what do you need?” He questioned.

“There is a resistance of civilians attacking our security patrols. They obviously want in. They’re trying to take over. Our security is no match. Get out of there, now.”

“Let’s go!” Teecseph yelled, getting up.

“Wait. We can stop them.” K’Taruuk said.

Moments passed by and you could hear the yelling and screaming of other Retakkenari outside. The sound was getting louder. K’Taruuk was already on a link with the ship yelling commands for backup.

Soon, as the riot came near, a few squadrons of Retak fighters blasted through the air, shooting warning shots into the air. Only a couple of the rioters were killed. They ran outside to watch the fighters fly pass.

“Are those yours?” Teecseph asked.

“Yes.”

It was not long before they had become the new government for Tekkit. Their world became calm and tranquil once again. K’Taruuk and Remak were told of their storieds they questioned before. There was once a Great War of kings throughout the system of Retakkenari. The kings had been killed off and the telepathic link between the worlds had been lost. The Hive Imperius Remak was ready to reunite those worlds of wonder once again. Tekkit was no longer a part of the Retakkenari’s Campaign to reunite those worlds.
