Being a new establishment, the Crescent Jewel was the Gejar station's "place to be" if you were into that sort of scene. The nightclub was packed to the brim, just like it always was at this time of day. Couples and singles danced around at the center, while a circular platform, housing the house DJ, floated and rotated above them. Lining the center of the curved wall that outlined the club was a large modern bar, on either side of which existed dining booths. These booths continued all the way up to the second floor, joining sections of dinner tables that already existed there.
Each of these tables was full, containing beings from all over the galaxy. All of whom were being loud and active as they ate and drank and watched the scantly clad female dancers down on the dance floor.
It was at one of these second floor booths, that the group of men sat and discussed their plan of action. A plan that for them was set in motion only a few weeks ago, but one that had been in place for much longer by their benefactor. None knew who that man was, only that he was well connected and had the funds to make many arrangements for them.
All of men that sat at the table were members of the new Marauder Alliance. A group that had formed only months ago from pirates put out of work by one Rob Stellar and his Stellar Enterprises Naval force. The man's ships had wrecked havoc on all pirate organizations within the area of the galaxy. The survivors had no choice, but to band together in order to stay alive within the changing galaxy.
Credit had to be given, however, to one man that was not present. A man who had brought them all together and rewarded them handsomely for their efforts. No one knew who he was or what he was called. He only went by the name of Mr. E.
"Are we ready?" Asked Olkar Polim, the man who, for now, was in charge of this operation and the Marauders.
He was a man of very little sense of humor. That part of his personality was not needed for his purposes. What he was, however, was serious. Serious about his job and his responsibility. Olkar was a natural leader and also had something within himself that most pirates did not...a conscience. Under his command the Marauder Alliance would act with grace and honor and there would be no needless killings. They would also, for a change, all act as one team.
"Yes, everything is in place and ready. Betty should be arriving within a few hours. If you can believe the source that is."
Olkar nodded slowly. Betty was the Human class Freighter that was do to arrive at the station with a weapons shipment from Stellar Enterprises to the planet's security force. This was what they were hired for.
"Alright. Time for us to get ready for the party. We'll meet up when the call comes in."

"Betty's on approach." Said the man's voice on the other end.
"Then I think we should go greet her." Replied Olkar and threw the comlink he had been holding with his work glove into the trash compactor that stood on the floor beside him.
Within minutes he was making his way down to Betty through the utility corridors that only station workers had access to. These were much less crowded than those belonging to regular residents and visitors, but still contained their fair share of beings. A number that had increased substantially within the past year.
The increase had been initiated because of the trade increase within this area of the galaxy. Ojom had become a sort of trading hub for all of the surrounding planets since the arrival of Stellar Enterprises. The company had brought in lots of trade goods from all over the galaxy into the core and surrounding areas. Since Ojom was on the boarder of the Core and Deep Core, Stellar Enterprises had decided to invest in making the planet a distribution center. Goods were brought into the many Stations floating in orbit about the planet and then stored and sorted before being sent off to different destinations.
With the increased work and economic boom, people from all over started to arrive at the station in the hopes of finding a job. A good percentage of these peoples received work in the station management fields. One of these fields included hanger security, which Olkar's ID badge said he was. The badge was not real, but with so many new workers being added daily, a new face would not cause any alarm.
Being seen was not a worry for the leader of the Marauder Alliance. He actually wanted as many people as possible to see his face and remember him. Or at least remember the face he was wearing at the moment. A face that was very much unlike his own. The skin color had been replaced with darker one and his eyes were wider and a different color. Not only that, but every facial feature had been altered by his mask to match the picture on this badge.
It took Olkar fifteen minutes to reach Hanger 04. There he was stopped by other security personnel at the check point. As they scanned his ID, the man tried to stay calm and make some small talk with the other men. He had been told that the file would be inside the database just like he had requested and had received confirmation of its implantation within the system two days after his groups arrival. Having to trust other people with his life did not put Olkar at ease, but he had had little choice.
"Here you go, sir." One of the guards said as he handed the ID badge back to Olkar. "Thank you for your patience."
Olkar gave the man a nod and adjusted his weapon's holster before proceeding through to the hanger bay section. Within only a few more minutes he was standing beside the hanger blast door, along with three other station security guards. He said hello to them and stood guard before the door finally let out a soft hiss and opened slowly.
He turned just in time to watch his prise settle onto the hanger bay deck.
"Greetings Betty." He whispered to himself as he gazed upon the grayish hull of the Human class Transport, which contained the Red and blue seal of Stellar Enterprises on the side.

As the large freighter settled onto the deck, sets of clamps came out from underneath and locked the ship's struts into place. Once accomplished a sound range out and doors on either side of the hanger bay slid open. Through these emerged two teams of workers. One team moved to refuel the ship and check it over, while the other was on a mission to unload the cargo.
Members from both teams moved around and greeted the crew as they stepped out of the ship. Olkar watched them closely, looking for the captain of the vessel. He was no where to be seen, meaning the man was still inside, which was what Olkar needed.
He looked over the teams as the worked and made quick eye contact with a few of them, who nodded back before going back to their business. Two of these men were study the hanger bay clamps, while others went inside the ship to look over the cargo and ask the Captain for a manifest. All of this was standard procedure.
What wasn't standard, however, was one of the men hanging around the rear strut clamp for a little too long. His action drew the attention of one of the guards who went over for a closer look, triggering an unfortunate chain of events.
Willie, the Marauder Alliance member working on the clamp was one of those impulsive people who panic quickly. And panic he did as a shot rang out across the whole hanger bay. The guard's body stumbled back and feel to the ground in an unmoving heep.
Olkar sighed heavily, watched as the two remaining guards started to run over to assist the other. He ran close behind them turning on his stun baton. Before the one of his left could do anything he brought it down on the man's neck, sending a stun bolt through his whole body. The guard hardly made a sound as he first went ridged and than limp, falling to the deck.
Other guard heard the fall and turned around quickly, just in time to block Olkar's strike.
"What are you doing??!" He called out just before he too collapsed on the ground from a stun bolt fired from his right.
Olkar looked up and saw Loruan poking out of the freighter's haul, a blaster in his hand.
"You have to be careful boss, the hanger is a dangerous place." He stated.
Olkar was already running towards the blast door control panel as station workers were running out of the away to get clear, in a panic. He keyed in the override code and was relieved when the door quickly slid closed. To make sure it would stay that way he opened the panel and slammed his baton into the circuits. A satisfying sizzle was heard as they quickly shorted out.
Just as they did, an alarm range out and the outer hanger door slide closed behind the freighter, cutting off their escape.
"Nothing comes easy, does it?" Olkar laughed to himself as he raced back the freigher, his crew already assembled below it.

"Perko get this boat in the air and get those guns online. We need to take out that hanger door before they get through." Olkar commanded as he ran onto the ship's bridge.
"Yes sir!" The pirate turned the control chair aside and jumped into it.
Swinging it back towards the controls before his hands starts flying over the counsel. Displays quickly came to life and reported the status on all the Human class Freighter's components and systems. Green lights flashed on one after the other as the displays scrolled through the complete checklist.
As his instructions were being carried out, Olkar looked around the bridge. He paused at a display that projected the starboard side of the ship. It showed one of the hanger access hatches, which had been shut before they had all boarded the ship. Olkar knew it would be these hatches that the station security force would try to break through.
Sure enough, as he watched the door, it buckled hard and bent inward slightly. It was not made in order to hold people back and therefore would not give them much more time to escape.
"Where's those quads?! We don't have much time." The leader asked as he looked over towards the computers. One of the lights had turned red.
"Sorry sir, the system locked me out of weapons control. We need the access code."
"Well ask the captain. I'm sure we can make him talk."
"Um..there is a problem with the captain." The second in command, Julin Kolnini, stated.
Olkar turned towards the rear of the bridge and saw what he had missed before. The captain, Duro, was slumped down against the wall and desk with a big hole in his chest. Furious, Olkar looked over at the man he had charged with taking the bridge. He took a deep breath and tried to come down. It was no use to let his rage out here. They still had a mission to complete.
Thinking quickly, the man turned towards their technical expert. "Take some men and get to those quads. Force them into operation manually. I want that blast door out of the way as soon as possible! Got it?!"
"Yes sir!"
