"Give the ball back, Timmy!"

Two children laughed as they ran up the hill on the outskirts of a small village. One was a young girl, taller, chasing the other. He was a boy, smaller and he looked to be about the same age. He carried a small ball in his hands, obviously keeping it away from the girl. The continued up the hill, the boy laughing as the girl screamed at him. They stopped when they both reached the top.

A man, clothed in black robes, rested on his knees before them, his face hidden behind a black hood. The boy immediately lept forward and ran up to the man.

"Ooh! Timmy! I'm going to tell mommy! Your talking to strangers!" The girl ran off, but quickly hid behind a rock. She wanted to see the boy do something wrong and bother the stranger. She smiled wickedly as she watched.

The boy looked at the stranger, smiling at him. His hair was brown, and his eyes were a light blue color. He offered the ball up to the stranger. The stranger lifted his hand, holding some object. The girl screamed as ball and head rolled down the hill.

The thermal detonators exploded, killing those around them and set the buildings around them aflame. It was a small village. Not many people lived there, and much of it was rather primitive. Hell, most still had wooden fences. There were a couple more explosions as a couple of charges went off, followed closely by screams. The man fell backward, cluctching the stump that used to be his leg.

"Please! Please don't! I'll...give..I'll give you everything I have! Just le..." he was cut off as a red blade pierced his neck.

Silus looked about the village, flames reached up into the sky as houses burned. Bodies littered the streets. Silus continued, hunting every last villager down, whether they be man, woman, or child. This was his old home, and now he would see it in ashes.

Silus took entered the small craft in front of him, clipping his lightsaber back to his belt. The ship began to slowly rise in the air, as Silus gazed out of the cockpit window. The village was burning, every last one of its inhabitants killed at the hands of Silus. He felt no remorse, no pain. Only hate. An anger equal to the flames that reflected in his eyes. The forest that lay next to the village erupted in flames as the fire pressed on, causing more damage.

Silus looked away as his ship took off, leaving the planet behind. He looked at the black space before him, as black and cold as his soul. He punched in a few coordinates, and his ship disappeared into hyperspace. These were only the first of many that would die.

There will be more. This, I promise.
