Of course! Taly was the next person, after Darren, to hop out of the sims, and saw them embrassing, and the initial reactions to it. Taly saw the mutual attraction, and thought she had lost Darren to Raven herself.

Oh force! She saw it, and relized it before even either of them did.

Hearing her admit her love for Darren, and seeing her practically run from the room, Raven finally sank into a chair in her own shock and surprise.
