<font color=blue>RD’s dome top swiveled as a patrol of stormtroopers moved past him, though his optical sensors were more interested in the Mandalorian armored figure that stood in the center of the group. The image of the man froze in his memory as he scanned every file for a match. Sure enough, in a matter of seconds he found what he knew about the infamous bounty hunter.
The droid’s nervous trill sounded very much like "Uh oh." Disconnecting from the computer console he started to move down the corridor in the opposite direction as the bounty hunter.
---------------
" Go to hell."
A fist lashed out, connecting solidly with her prisoners face. She winced at the pain in her knuckles and shook out her hand .
" Damn you’ve got a hard head," she muttered.
Terolyn got to her feet, staring down at the man in black. The obstinate look in his eyes told her everything she needed to know. He wasn’t going to tell her a thing. Lifting the blaster she aimed it at his head. She should have done this in the first place.
Only luck stayed her hand.
At that moment the sound of metal tearing away from metal echoed through the corridor outside the door. She peered over her shoulder, making sure the door was still there. The same noise resounded again, louder and closer.
Even without the aid of the Force she knew this was bad situation about to get worse.
Her mind searched frantically for an idea, her eyes turning back to her prisoner. The satisfaction showing on his face enraged her and she lashed out again. She backhanded him across the face, drawing blood from his lower lip. Quickly she checked the charge on her stolen blasters, then switched the one in hand for the nearly fully charged one beneath her jacket.
As the sound came again, Terolyn realized she wouldn’t get out of this situation unscathed. There was one chance, but if she gambled wrong… She did not doubt her ability to withstand an interrogation, but RD was another matter. And there were things in the little droid’s bran that she did not want getting out.
She lifted the comm from her pocket for one last order to her droid before dropping it back in.
" Find yourself a ship and get out RD. Get to Lix."
Taking the knife from her belt she sliced the cord from Hyuuk’s ankles. With the blaster pressed hard enough against his face to leave a mark, she slid the blade back into her boot and dragged Hyuuk to his feet.
" You so much as breath wrong, and it’ll be the last thing you do."
Spinning him around she took hold of him at the collar of his shirt, the muzzle of the blaster now digging into his neck.
" Move!"
[i]She forced him toward the door, her grip tight on his shirt and the cool metal of the blaster never breaking contact.
~God, I’m insane for even trying this!"~
Together they stepped out into the corridor, the man in black held before her like a human shield.
