(OOC: pub33.ezboard.com/fswalli...1050.topic That thread involved a short operation where the team created a ficticious merchant band, which is now 'suposedly' heading for coruscant to deliver officer uniforms, weapons, and other Imperial gear, along with a large supply of fresh crop from Dantooine. They have all the appropriate forged passes and a stealth operation hack caused the computers to accept them as legal merchants taking a legal upper-class buisness trip to the Imperial Intelligence compound on Coruscant, with 'gifts' from the Governer of Dantooin.

Just so there is no arguing about what we have in the way of equipment:

1 Shuttle, merchant class, none-combat, unarmed, used.

Assorted liscensed rifles and pistols kept in an uinofficial "armoury" room.

Associated unliscensed stun-guns, thermal detonators, knockout gass grenades, and energy blades, dissassemballed carefully and distributed into the ships' insides.

Several data-pads, some heavily encrypted holding information about the operation and its' targets, some less encrypted, with information about something called the Dantooine Liberation Front. One, possibly most encrypted, datapad carefully tricked-out with the best hacking devices known to the galaxy and a direct connection line to the Azguard Computer network.

Several different sets of clothes: some of Merchants, some casual, and afew stealth related, hidden in a secret room near the engine with the datapads.

The crew will be revealed as the story develops. Note I have never done Intelligence related stories before, so if there's something ridiculously obvious which my people would know but I do not, please be so kind as to point it out.)

Outside of Coruscant, A merchant vessel, stylised by its maker to appear as a water yachet, came out of hyperspace. Its' worn blue paint shon as it reflected the local stars' rays. The ship joined a flow of merchant vessels streaming into security checkpoints arond the planet. Slowly the vessel flowed into its' place and headed for the checkpoint.

As they pulled alongside one and an airlock streched into place, the crew relaxed. A quartet of storm-troopers entered the ship. One of them, apparently the officer, looked around the room. Once satisfied that they were not a foreign invasion force, one of the passengers, a tall grey one stepped forwards to answer his questions.

"Name?"

"Yfarl Ursafor"

"Reason for visit?"

"High class merchant trip to Imperial Intelligence from dantooine."

The stormtrooper looked up at him, even behind the mask he radiated doubt and suscpiscion. He picked up a datapad and checked in with the computer system. To his surprise the Governor of Dantooine apparently tasked them to sell some wares to Imperial Intelligence, along with afew 'gifts' he had for them.

Afew more routine questions and they were on their way to the planets' surface. After an age, they passed through the last storm-cloud, and were treated with the magnificent view of the vast city-world, spires glimmering in the rays that fought through the darkness.

They brought their ship down at a landing platform, and the crew disembarked...

The first was a tall, grey skinned, rubbery being, wearing those clothes usually associated with traders.

He was Avan Takar, An Azguard. He was the teams' weapon specialist. Sent by The Azguard Intelligence Command to serve as combatent incase the mission gets bogged down by security forces.

The Second was a human, Kirk Smith, Member if The New Rebellion. Stealth specialist. He was chosen for this mission because of his impressive record of entering and exiting unseen. He was small, thin, tanned, and had very short and well cropped black hair.

The third was, at least once, a Quarren. He suffered a terrible accident as a child resulting in his face being so terribly burnt that he was forced to incorperate computer-robotics into his physique to survive. He was chosen by Mon Calamari Officer Reep Kreegon to serve as compurer hacker, due to his high level of computer experience and skill. Also, the mutilation makes it difficult, nay impossible to identify his species.

There were others on board the ship, but they stayed there for now.

The three headed to a moderately priced hotel, as close to the Intelligence Compound as possible. They rented a room, and proceeded to find a place to sell the crops. It wasn't hard, decent food is hard to find on Coruscant, and soon they had set up a stall.

Aven stayed as salesperson while the other two took the opportunity to find out what they could about the intelligence compound. Taking a taxi, they went for a ride over the city. A mini-camera implanted in Kirks' button took pictures of the compound as they passed overhead.

Next they went on foot. Once again, the camera took pictures of all it could see. Finally, once the crops were sold they went back to the ship. There they intended to compare their findings and pictures to what they had on file for its' defences and what they cold find out with computers...

Kamon himself had volunteered for this mission. He thought that his presence might be able to protect the team from doom. It most certainly was a possibility with TNO.

Kamon himself was still on the ship. His cover being that of one of the traders associated in handling the materials. His cover name was Derk Treflane. He, like all the others had an important part in the mission.

To the Imperials he was just a handler. Someone that moved and carried the things being transferred. To the coalition group he was with, he was added protection. Someone to get them out of tight spots. Not to mention the occasional Stormtroopers they were likely to come across.

Kamon carried no ID of himself. The only ID he carried was his fake ID and he even had painted some markings on his face to obscure it. His lightsaber was hidden in a piece of fake skin on his side. He would pass it off as a bacta drip for a wound from a battle.

For now, he sat with the others calculating the probability of this mission succeeding. It was more like the probability of this mission failing, however. He just had to relax.

It had been approximately one and a half days since the arrival of the incognito Coalition group that the knock on their nondescript hotel room came. Mentioning the governor of Dantooine had immediately raised low-level alarm bells; nothing serious, however.

Sent to verify that their activities on Coruscant were legitimate was a trio of Stormtroopers. They were grunts, really, nothing more than a pair of Sergeants sent on a routine mission. The Empire had little to no idea who they had in their midst, but it was policy to ensure that all business related to government was carried out efficiently and without delay.

When one of the men opened the door of the room and stared, dumbfounded, at the pair of Stormtroopers, they immediately, but politely, stated their business. "This is just a routine governmental merchant inspection patrol. You are..." The Stormtrooper looked down at a datapad, seemingly scanning through a list. "...the group sent by Governor Herskolv of Dantooine?"

"Yes, we are" The one who answered the door was Kirk. A human raised far less suscpiscion then aliens. "We got permits to take a special load of Dantooine crops and some hand-crafted officers' uniforms. The governor must have caught wind of it because a messanger came with a crate and told us it was a gift for Imperial Intelligence. Your boys at customs scanned it-whatever it is, there's no disease on it and it ain't a weapon. But please, come in! you must be tired-long walk from your garrison, I imagine?"

The stormtroopers, cautiously, moved into the room. They were ushered to some hastily provided chairs. Kirk was the only one there; the rest were scanning the computer documents.

He poured himself a drink of some old dantooine brandy from a half-empty, dented bottle. "So what again is it you want to know?" He then extended the bottle in an offering to see if they wanted a glass. "Good stuff" he added.

The Stormtrooper grunted. "Can't drink on duty; there's a patrol vehicle outside the appartment complex, the commander would crucify me."

"We've made contact, sir," the soldier said, apparently to no one in the room. A moment later, he pressed the side of his helmet, and a voice became audible through the helmet, though what it was saying was indecipherable. It seemed to go on for quite awhile, but when it was finished, the Stormtrooper said, "Yes, sir, everything seems to be in order," and put his hand down.

The white-armored soldier turned to one of the men, and nodded. "Everything seems to be fine, and all of you are accounted for. Your business is proceeding as planned, I assume?"

"Just fine," one of them said.

"Very good. On behalf of the Regent, we're to welcome you here as guests of the Governor of Dantooine. As affiliates of the Empire, you will be treated to the very best of Imperial Center. Should you require anything, feel free to contact any Imperial institution on this world."

The Stormtrooper nodded politely, and exited, muttering an apology for their hasteful departure but citing a small problem with a Sullustan in Government District Starport C1 needing attending to.
