Dannen stood in silence as he looked at Bella.

"Well, I don't trust her, I don't know her. But we'll play…friends…for now. Until we know her true nature and intentions. She most probably has good intentions, and I trust your judgement. And more then likely, she has answers we're looking for. But it's prudent we stay on guard with her."

He paused in thought.

"Yes we should be getting out of here."

He went to the cockpit of the ship and started the ion engines, and turned to Bella.

"This Coris in your visions, what was he doing? Why is he so frightening?"

Taking the seat next to Dannen, Bella diverted her eyes from his so that she could think. Those brown eyes of his made Bella completely uncomfortable in the nicest of ways.

She smiled shyly, offering a nervous laugh even though the current discussion did not call for it. Bella shrivelled up in her chair with shyness.

"I'm sorry.. it's just that I.. get a little uncomfortable when you look at me like that," she said, offering Dannen the cutest and warmest of smiles that often drove her companion's heart to light up with joy, something Bella was not acutely aware of.

Brown eyes quickly changed from warmth to fear while Bella tried to remember all that she had been forced to see in her mind's eye.

"He.. he is a dangerous man, Dannen. I felt his need for vengeance. A vendetta. I feel that I may have something to do with this, but I don't understand why, at least not yet."

Could she have done something so horrible that someone would need to break even with her, settle a score?

Bella found the answer hard to believe, but according to the fragements of visions, the answer was yes.

"Everyone I care about, everyone I love, they will all be in danger. Even you, Dannen..."

It seemed every time Bella smiled at him, a warmth just seemed to wash over his soul as he watched her.

She always seemed to radiate a magnetic beauty, he often wondered if she was aware of it. Her presence seemed to lift his heart, that cute smile connecting with it on so many levels.

"…I suppose I have that effect…"He said under a soft tone, his gaze softening, with a gentle nod.

"Vengence…" His memory washed over the possibilities of what could have happened, the Battle of Theed still lingered fresh within his memory - but not then, before perhaps.

His eyes, wandered away from her, peering over the vastness of space. As the ship left the planets atmosphere, his eyes quickly found her once again with her words of danger.

"A vision?" He asked, and turned to make the final preparations for the jump to hyperspace.

There was a moment's hesitation while Bella mused on how to share the recent unexpected events with Dannen.

"Well.. more like visions. There was bits and pieces of events. It's a way of seeing into the future, in a way. I'd like to see if we might be able to find this Coris. If we could find him, there is a chance that we might be able to change the course of events, keep the visions from happening."

The idea would only allow the chance for the visions to turn into reality. Finding Coris would only lead them toward the danger that they were looking to avoid. Neither knew.

"but.. let's not think about that now.."

Turning her gaze fully on Dannen, Bella's face flushed with warmth. She giggled as if intoxicated, and she was. On her own little high that was Dannen. A new love, so exciting and new. She was looking forward to getting to know Dannen, in his heart and soul. Where she had never been able to truly invade with permission until now.

"You're good for me, Dannen. I'll never forget anything you've done for me. You've been with me through every step of the way. You make me feel more free and alive, more than I have ever been before."
