At the age of 15 i fled from my home planet of coruscant in order to escape those who killed my family. Here is what happened after:
Using all the money I had, I bought a ticket to take me to Nar Shadaa, better known as 'The Smugglers Moon'. I heard many tales in the bars of coruscant of how people could go to Nar Shadaa and never be seen again. I often wondered whether this was due to their deaths or due to the ability to escape from their lives. Whatever it was, this was my chance to find out. For the 2 month journey i stayed alone in my quarters, copeing with the grief that i had gone through. I left only to eat and to buy me a dark maroon cloak to help me conceal my appearance along with the newly grown long, black hair I used to hide the feelings upon my face.
Once I arrived at Nar Shadaa I immediately rented out a small, one bedroomed appartment from an angry looking Twilek and went out to town insearch of some money. I was staying in the horrible, grimey depths of the refugee sector, although i did not know how it got it's name. This was a place without law, without reason and without light. Being at a low place in the multistoreyed planet, no daylight was ever seen. I walked through the streets, trying to keep myself to myself, but i soonn realised that i couldn't. Self- important gangsters pushed me around while beggars would cling to my toes. That is when i realised that i had to make a choice. Either fight to the top, or get pushed around for the rest of your life.
I entered a cantina and sat in a dark corner with a weak drink, waiting for an oppurtunity. Soon i learnt a very harsh truth. Those who commited the darkest sins, lived the happiest and easiest life. I noticed a shadey group of Noghris occasionally giving me a glance from a table across the room from me, but i thought nothing over. Soon, a group of drunk humans exited the bar and i soon followed. They seemed to know wherre they were going, so awaited a while to see. Very soon, they stopped near a closed bot- repair shop in a dark and awkward area. As one of them began to vomit all over the shop's wall, i walked up to the three drunk men and threatiningly held a knife to them and threatened them for their money. They had none.I felt like such a fool! what kind of person would enter a cantina, get drunk and then still have money on them. I turned around and walked off in disgust. But i had been conned. As i turned a corner i was beheld the site of a gang of around ten Noghris. Before i could do anything, i was hit iver the head with something that made me semi uncinscious. They beat me horrendously in the hope of killing me with their bare hands. Suddenly, they ended the assualt and ran off, frightened. Before i managed to find out what had scare them away, I passed out due to heavy bleeding.
