The First Fleet of the Crimson Allegiance formed up within the space around Jutraal after making a close, and surprising, drop from hyperspace. The ships formed up together, a rather impressive fleet for such an unknown organization. Two TIE Phantoms had docked with the flagship of the vessel a short time ago now and a bit later the message was finally sent to the planet of Jutraal.

"People of Jutraal. This is Lord Voltimas of the Crimson Allegiance. We come before you today to demand the immediate disbanding of your navy. All ships currently in your possession are to be turned over to us at once. All ships currently being constructed are to be destroyed. All shipyards are also to be destroyed.

You may keep your construction yards on the knowledge that you will be allowed to build no weapons of any kind. Your government will be monitored and moderated by us. Your Emperor will be cast out under penalty of death. He is a traitor to the people of the galaxy and shall be treated as such.

Hence forth you will also maintain the fleet of the Crimson Allegiance at no cost to us and we shall protect you from foreign invasion. These terms are not negotiable.

Should you fail to submit to these terms and choose to fight, you will be destroyed utterly and without mercy. Do not let the people of your world be destroyed for your ignorant pride. I expect a reply from you within fifteen minutes. If I do not hear from you in that amount of time.. I will commence with a military solution to this galactic problem.

Do not test my resolve, you will find it does not waiver from my path."

The transmission ended, and the fleet began it's fifteen minute wait.

Jan Dondana almost screamed in rage when the new came in. His fleet was still orbiting Mon Calamari, in case the Chiss came back in a renewed attack.

What the hell? Why was TCR, a member of the Coalition of Lightside Factions, attacking another member of the Coalition of Lightside Factions, TJE? This had to be stopped, preferably diplomatically.

"Prepare the fleet for hyperspace. Plot a course to Jutraal, and request that all Coalition forces send some help. We have a major problem. TCR is threatening TJE, and civilians. Prepare the holonet."

"Yes sir."

"Send a message to the TCR fleet asking their intentions, and asking for the reason why they are attacking a fellow member of the Coalition of Lightside Factions. Warn them that threatening civilian life is against what the Coalition was made for, and that we will be forced to unite against them, if they continue with the attack. We need to work things out together, diplomatically, not start a huge war between ourselves, especially if we are to protect civilian life."

"The message is sent."

"Excellent. Then jump to Jutraal."

The New Rebellion fleet vanished from Mon Calamari, on route to Jutraal.

The outcome of Mon Calamari was of little concern to him now. Lord Voltimas would succed where Xilen failed, K'taruuk's contingency plan was now in motion.

Three starships reverted to realspace a short distance from the world of Juutral, and immediately every station was put on high alert.

"Send an encodded message to the lead vessel of the Lord's fleet. Use decryption algarthems seven through fifteen. Tell him, his back up has arrived."

The small warfleet slowly drifted towards that of Lord Voltimas, and settle in behind them, taking up defensive postions guarding his flank.

"Message recieved and acknowledged Commander. Lord Voltimas is ready to deploy our forces." came the reply from the comms officer.

"Go with the launch." said K'taruuk.

Instantly several squadrons of fighters began to deploy from K'taruuk's ships as well as from those in the Crimson Rebel fleet.
Hundreds of small alien fighters poured out from thier hangers and onto the battlefield. It was truly wise of K'taruuk to rendezvous with the Lord's fleet, his assistance was greatly need to take on the swarm's massive fighter compliment.

Kamon's half of the fleet had been en route for hours. He had already re hooked up with them. He sat in the sommand chair of the Vondiranach. His command vessel.

The ships made the reversion into the midst of a bunch of ships that shouldn't have been there. Warning Klaxons sounded.

"What in the sam hill? Link major."

"Yes sir."

Moments later, Kamon was speaking.

"Commander of the TCR vessels. This is Kamon Vondiranach of TDY. I am also the TJE Port Authority and the Fleet Admiral. Why are you here? The Juutraals have done nothing to you. Leave at once."

"Admiral, Lord Voltimas's fleet has arrived at Jutraal. Shall we move?" Asked Commodore Jzok.

"Yes. Prepare the jump, I want to come out five hundred meters off his left flank. And do send a communique ahead of time so we aren't fragged." Kyric Zen said cooly from his seat on the bridge.

The Zen class cruiser, the only one would sit less then a parsec away from Jutraal for nearly twenty more minutes. The illustrious ship, not designed for open combat itself, but she could take a beating and had several tricks up her sleeve. Her main pressence at the battle would be logistics of course.

The communications channel reopened.

"Admiral, you are in no position to demand anything from me. Perhaps when dealing with your.. allies, you should employ a bit more tact when speaking to their highest ranking officer.

The following charges are made against the Emperor of this world and, as such, against it's government as a whole.

Firstly that the Emperor and the men at his government's command did knowingly and willfully commit murder on countless occasions. That they have also engaged in the practices of tyranny and extortion. That they have subjugated the peoples of countless worlds. These are but a short list of charges brought now against this government.

How do you, as a commanding officer of this rogue navy plea to the charges I have named? How do you explain and account for the actions of this empire and it's leadership?"

Kamon laughed. So that was why he was here. It was absurd of course.

"Those charges wont hold water. What proof do you have? The Chadd of old is dead. Emperor Fearsons is a new man. He is not the same as he was. He is smarter and even more dedicated to his people.

"Assaulting him hurts you more than him. The Coalition will not stand for this. I say so as a member. You have no reason to be here. You will be dealt with harshly if you do not leave now.

"We don't like people that are traitors to a cause. Your being here proves that you are not as allied with us as we thought. You are after personal gain. That will get you nowhere."

He sat back in his chair and pushed his datapad to his RPGC. They took it and sent the encrypted message to the commander of the Pe Fauna. It told them to move the Emperor to an undisclosed location.

Lord Voltimas chuckled a bit.

"One moment you say the charges are false, the next you say that the Emperor has changed. Which is it? Did he do these things or not?

Secondly, until this moment I had not been informed that this world was under the protection of the Coalition. However, I do take great offense to both your tone and your words. You call me a traitor, yet you have no reason to do so. If I had been kept better informed of who was, and was not, under the protection of the coalition this could have been avoided all together.

Now, on another hand of play here you threaten me. Me who you claim to be allied with and then again claim as a traitor. Perhaps you need to think a bit harder before speaking, Admiral. It seems you do not know your anal cavity from a crater in an asteroid.

I currently outnumber you greatly. Now, you may have the coalition coming to defend this world but I also have other allies, allies other than those you see here, who will aid me should this come to war. Perhaps, in the future, you should address me with the respect I deserve. I am the Supreme Commander of the Crimson Allegiance and I will be respected.

The transmission broke.

Kamon looked out the viewport.

"Both actually. The charges are false, but he was once a lot harder. Not that hard, but hard. He is a changed man.

I'm surprised you did not know they are our allies. Usually everyone is informed immediately of developments of this matter. You should have been informed. I'll look into that.

I'm sorry about the traitor part. I kinda let that slip. I must have let my mouth run off and leave my brain behind. Again I am sorry.

The Zen arrived just in time for Lord Admiral Zen's communications officer to intercept the end of a communique to Voltimas's ship.

"Vantage of knowing the territory and how to use it. I don't intend to have to use it but if I must I will. As for the worthless little pissant part, this worthless little pissant could probably kick your ass in hand to hand combat."

"Inform Voltimas we are here and scan the system on all active scanners."

"Yes sir!" Jzoks said, "Comm. Inform Lord Voltimas we are here!"

"Comm, sending communique now."

Commodore Jzoks turned to the sensor berth, "Sensors! Begin active scanning, all forms."

"Sensors. Scanning system, all forms!" The head officer repeated back.
