Coruscant

The cell of former New Republic soldiers and agents had been causing trouble for a certain amount of time recently, stealing supplies and gearing up for something major coming up soon. Imperial spies had been unable to infiltrate the organization, called the Coruscant Insurrection Army, or the CIA, for short. But they base of operations had been located. However, due to the size and complexity of this particular cell, gaining popular support from the poor and underprivileged on the heavily populated Imperial capital, would mean bringing in at least a full division from another world, which alert the cell to it's having been discovered, which in turn would mean that they would scurry back underground for a time being. General Kusilov, tasked with testing new weapons for the Empire and demonstrating it's use for their leaders, came up with an idea for the cell's elimination. As it was, scientists and weapons development experts on Vladet had created a new infantry combat support unit to supplement ground squadrons. Twelve suites of this new type of armour would be brought to Coruscant for a demonstration to the Imperial leaders. However, the demonstration would actually be a live-fire exercise. And so the suites had been brought in, and now the time was to begin.

Rebel Warehouse, main area of operations...

Devin Kliker was sleeping at his post again, monitoring the door for anyone who might come calling. His supervisor, a human female by the name of Christin, made note of his sleeping, then headed in his direction. She was half way to him when the door suddenly exploded inwards. Devin screamed and fell backwards, the door just missing him by inches. Christin was no so lucky, and the door slammed into her full on, killing her instantly. Devin rolled out of his overturned chair and reached for the alarm button. A clunking sound of metal on duracrete caught his attention, and he turned to see a large metal robot standing there, an impressive figurine. He took note immediatley of the small Imperial ensign on it's shoulder, and reached for the alarm again. The robot walked over to him, and lifted up a foot. Devin looked up just as the foot came down upon him with tremendous force, crushing his upper body into the duracrete.

"Such a work of art. This is unit eleven, warehouse entrance secured. No sign of any other hostiles." said the robot, reporting to it's superior in a mechanical voice.

"This is lead. Proceed into the warehouse. Engage and eliminate all opposition." said the operator.

"Proceeding to target zone. Unit eleven out." replied the robot.

The ACCI units proceeded into the warehouse. A door opened, and both units turned in that direction. Four soldiers came running into the warehouse, alerted by the noise. They stopped short upon seeing the two ACCI units, and one ran back the other direction. The other three opened fire with their blaster rifles. The bolts bounched off the shields of the units. Unit eleven brought into line his blaster rifle and sprayed the three men with carbine shots, killing them all in a matter of seconds. Then, alarms began blaring throughout the complex. A garage door opened at the end of a complex. Units eleven and twelve looked over and saw a hovertank emerge with twelve armed men. The tank fired it's main gun, hitting unit eleven dead on. With a sputtering noise, it's shield batteries faded. The unit then pumped his long rifle once, then fired a mini-proton torpedo at the tank. The torpedo hit it squarely, destroying it in a large explosion. Unit eleven and twelve then mopped up the remaining company of soldiers.

In the meantime, Units nine and ten tracked through the warehouse with their heat imagery going at full scan. When they detected a enemy being hiding in a closet or crouched behind funiture, they quickly eliminated then. On the other side of the complex, units eight and seven also completed their mission. Between these six units, in thirty minutes time, two hundred twenty nine enemies were eliminated, at a cost of depleted shield batteries and scarred armour.

But not all the rebels were dead. There were escape stairs leading into the underworld. Unit five's heat sensors tracked eight beings descending down a catwalk. He brought up his autocannon and sprayed blaster bolts through the walls and into the stairs. Two beings were caught and killed instantly, and the rest fell when the catwalk collapsed. Upon entering the now empty shaft, motion and sound sensors suggested that some of the beings were still alive. A proton torpedo fired down into the shaft took care of that problem nicely. At the end of the day, a complete massacre occured, three hundred eighteen Rebels out of three hundred twenty were killed, one being taken alive, one having escaped. Upon their first deployment the ACCI had proved their worth.
