L’ahout continued to watch the crowd, his ever plentiful patience finally wearing thin. Five days of sulking around searching for information would make anyone short, even if they had lived for a little over five hundred years.

With a sigh of slight frustration, the Mar’hute emerged from the shadows, and blended in with the crowd. He maneuvered his way across the street to a small sunlit café. Several booths were available, and he took on the side. A droid built into the table popped up, and asked him what he wanted.

As L’ahout thought, he noticed that flash of yellow light. That woman was here in the Café as well, sitting down a few tables away. What very bright hair…

Kamon made it to his ship and checked it over. Everything seemed to be in order, but for some reason he didn't want to leave yet. He needed a drink and he ddn't keep alcohol on his ship.

He walked back out of the hspace port and entered a bar a few minutes away. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary. That was good, he didn't want any surprises. He sat down and ordered a drink.

The market place wasn't all that I thought it would be, but then again, nothing ever was. I held high standards for everything, especially for myself.

One's dreams should always outreach his grasp, or what's a heaven for?

The words rang through my head, as they had every single time I gave thought to something like this. The were the words that I had over heard a crime lord saying to his second in command, he was a rather civilized sort of crime lord. I had thought about many times since that day, and it still made absolute sense to me, as it did now.

There was a small café off the side of the main street, and with the sunny and heat the way it was now, I needed to get something to drink, and to relax. This was, after all, a vacation of sorts. I opened the doors into the café and walked upo to the counter, pushing some hair out of my face as I did. The act was a course of habit, for my hair wasn't really that long anymore, but old habits die hard.

OOC - Well someone has to get some of this group talking.. anyone is free to grab the opening I'm making.

Growing increasingly bored with just sitting and waiting for her ship to be finished, Damalis looked about her in desperation. She needed something to do to occupy her mind or, as she knew from experiance, her generally hyper personality would take over and she'd end up doing insanely weird things. Not wanting to exactly leave that kind of impression here on Naboo, the tall blond pulled out her hand held device and once more checked on her ship again. Nothing had changed, just as it hadn't 5 minutes ago, so Damalis sighed and put the thing away.

It was when she did this that she felt something else in her tiny pocket. Not remebering that she'd put anything in there, Damalis pulled the object out in curiosity and found, to her surprise, that it was the backing to an elaborate hair piece she'd bought while previously wearing this suit jacket. No wonder she couldn't get the decoration to fit right when she tried to wear it later on, the piece to hold it securely was still in her pocket. Being bored and with the tiny object being round in nature, of course Damalis took the opportunity to amuse herself with a small game.

She soon had a gameboard of sorts set up using her briefcase as a backdrop and an open section of it as a basket. Holding the rounded piece between two fingers, she would then attempt to flick the disk into the open pocket. Missing the first couple tries because she wasn't giving it enough flick to carry the disk far enough, Damalis took a chance and whacked it really good one time. Unfortunately, she gave it too much and her toy skidded across the table top, shot into the air, then proceded to bounce off a table edge. From there it hit the floor, slid for a good distance and finally ended by thumping up against one of the other patron's feet.

"Oh!..." Dark gray eyes widen in surprise, Damalis fought the urge to laugh even as her whole face spoke of her amusement. She didnt wish to offend in case the person was upset, so she held off laughing when they looked her way. "I'm sorry... it's been a very long diagnostics testing."

Kamon looked down and picked up the disk. It was a very odd piece to him. He handed it back to the woman.

"No worries."

He looked her over. Her face seemed familiar. Her clothing gave it away.

"You're Damalis aren't you? I've seen your work."

He sat dow at the bar and motioned for her to follow suit.

"Yes, I am sure you have."

The sexual contentation under my voice was more then blantantly obvious, but then again, it wasn't like I was the type to care. I smiled to Kamon, and turned my eyes to the young woman. To say that she was beautiful...that wouldn't even begin to capture the essance this woman had. I shugged it off, and nodded towards one of the empty seats near by.

"Mind if we have a seat?"

Without waiting for an answer, I walked over and grabbed two chairs, placing them in fornt of the close table. As I sat down, I reached across the table, my hand extended towards this Damalis woman.

"I'm Jacen Solo."

"Damalis Skywalker."

Shaking hands with the fellow, Damalis smiled openly at both of them. A friendly person, the blond gave off an air of innocence that was at odds with her appearence. In fact, Jacen's comment went right over her head, since if she had understood it Damalis would have been very embarassed.

Pocketing her improvised toy, she grinned at the other man. "Thanks for giving it back. I'm surprised you say you know me. I don't know many men who pay attention to what I do for a living. Well, there are some men, but they generally wear brighter colors."

Kamon smiled.

"Sometimes I wear brighter colors. That's only when I have formal things to go to. Normaly I stick with my robes."

Kamon turned to Jace.

"I didn't know you were coming. You didn't stow away on my ship agan did you?"

He was being a little joking. It was alright if he had, but he wanted to know.

"I take it you two know one another?" Damalis asked, smiling politely as she didn't want to seem nosy. She wasn't really, but with a comment like the one Kamon had made, it seemed only natural to ask.

"Of course, I did. How else can I get where I can keep an eye on you, and practice my skills for infiltration? And on the by and by, you really have to clean out the storage hold. I'll help when we get back."

I turned to the young women, and heard her question to us. It must be nice to be able to float through life without troubles, I thought to myself.

"Yes, my lady, we are business partners. I'm sure Kamon can tell you all about it over drinks?" I didn't wait for an answer, but called a droid over with three round of Alderaanian Wine - the good stuff. "Now, where were we?"
