Courescant, the city world of the galaxey. It was a enigma all it's own. A world that exists as a figure head for the ruling power in the galactic expanse. The planet had no resources of it's own. Totally dependent on other worlds for food, building materials, and other such basics.

Every inch of it is made up of metal and steel girders that stretch into the high reaches of the atmosphere towards heaven. But what is heaven with out it's hell. Deep in the lower levels of the city there is another world that few dare to venture into. The ground levels of the city planet. Were the waste from above is sent to stay out of sit. Giant slugs devour the waste from the city. And outcasts from society gather here to live out their days.

Landing in her X-J X-wing at the nearest space port vonta disembarks. A robotic arm takes ahold of R5 pulling the astromech from his posittion behind the fight cockpit.

"Well R5 were are back on couruscant. City world, heaven and hell, where 'If you can make it here you can make it any where.' " She spits out the sith spawn of propaganda that gos across the expanses about this planet. Rumors that bring all manner of beings here to try and change their fate. To live a better life.

R5 makes a Wheee dee bee de. Asking what they are here for. The two walk on through the customs check in. A twi'ik officer in New republic colors running the scanners takes a look at vonta and sees the weapons she carries in the open. One kendo stick straped to her back and a light saber at her side. She flashes out a Jedi identa card. Her license for her light saber. He smiles and lets the pair through.

The streets were crowded. There seemed to be a strangly large amount of mon-cals and querran passing her. Must have been a large transport from Mon-cal. She thought to her self.

--------Dark------------ The world seemed to phase from day to night all of a sudden. Then the area brightens and fades again.

"What the Frill."She says out loud.

<!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Dakkon Blackblade stood off to one side, his modified TIE Shadow, commando derivation, was hidden well away from here. He wasn't planning on doing anything, but now a jedi stood before him...<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->

<!--EZCODE BOLD START--> One of those 'pure' ones...<!--EZCODE BOLD END-->

<!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Hands clasping at his sabres, Dakkon called out to the woman.<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->

"Hey, whats someone like you doing in a place like this?"

She turned to towards a voice. The source of the darkness that sweept over her. A sith perhaps?

She looked at him again. No, not sith his dark ness is there but it is not complete. He is more a shade of grey. Casting a shadow over the light but not over taking it.

She turns to face this enigma. "I would say the same to you who seems grey in the force."

" I came here on bussiness, not to engage in squables with a petty little force weilder who thinks he can reside out side of both the light and the dark."

<!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Dakkons bitter laugh erupted from the shadows around his face, mocking the Jedi for her lack of insight.<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->

"You <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> pure<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> Jedi, always believing that the force will protect you. I see the force practically, but that does not make me evil. I have battled Sith, and won. I have faced down the once feared Dark Mistress Athena, and forced her to back down. I have lead fleets against the Sith, destroying them. Do not question my <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> colour<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> Jedi.

Whats this business? Feeding the poor and hungry? That sounds right up your alley, charity work being all that a preacher Jedi is good for."

<!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> His hands fllicked once again over his sabres, the Shadow Jedi relics shining slightly as the soon to be Knights fingers traced up and down the runes on the hilts.<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->

Vonta saw the arragance of this one. She may have a chance to test the Aiki ways after all.

"And do not think that I am a mere Jedi of the old order. I am trained in the arts of the Aiki order. And I am in a search for the rest of the old sects.

I sharpened my skills in the rebellion and continue to counter the dark with the light." She slide the simple Wooden kendo stick from its sheath on her back. She empowered the weapon so that it glowed with a light blue aura.

"I came here seeking out old friends," The area had cleared out most of the people senseing a coming force conflict.

"But lets finish this bussiness here if we must. Shadow lurker. If you think the liight is weak then test the meddle of one of it's followers."

"DO NOT RUN PEOPLE!!

All i want is her little stick, and that should be easily accomplished..."

<!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Flicking his wrists, the light snaphiss of his sabres as they ignited sending a slight chill up his sides. The sabres blazed white, the relics sensing the clarity of mind in their owner, and his determination to win. He was ready for knighthood, so this would be a pushover...<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->

"Come M'Lady, Dance with me!"

<!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Leaping forward, the force propelling his body towards the padawan at mind wapring speeds, he slashed downward at the woman as he landed, his right sabre snaking around down in a stab towards he shoulder.<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->

Vonta was not impressed. Aiki training improves both the mind and the body and she was stronger now then many of the knights in the order. She pulled her own light saber but did not activate it, only empower it with force energies. cuasing it too to glow with a blue aura. She Side steped the slash and parried the saber with her aKendo blade.

She activates her saber With the hilt facing back wards. The blade extending out to cut the flesh from the shadows mid section.

<!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Leaping back in a small sumersault, Dakkon easily avoided the clumsy and obvious ploy.<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->

"Doesn't your lady Organa teach you anything about fighting woman? Or have you Jedi women devolved to scratching and hair pulling?"

<!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Pressing a hidden button underneith his cloak, Dakkon lept forward again, this time throwing his mind into hers. She was force trained, but not in the right areas for soley combat. The woman could feel the presence of his mind in hers quashing her thoughts, and disorientating her actions. Adding to the confusion was the flashing of white that clowded her eyes as Dakkon spun one of his sabres above his head, the flashes enhanced by his presence in her mind.

His hands spun forward as he re-engaged, the flash of his sabres as the left blade snaked out, toward the womans exposed hand adding to her disorientating her. His right sabre flew out, in an obvious blow towards her head.
<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->

Vonta found that he under estimated her mental abilitys. She was a horn and as one had train long and hard to master her mental powers that were already significant. Her aiki training enhances all other force abilities allowing for her to counter him with a equal force.

Shutting down the sabre she continued her empowerment of it. Making it light saber resistant.

She closed her eyes. And her whole body that was surrounded in a light blue aura increased in brightness. Thus increaseing her force power. He made a mistake by trying to leap into her mind. Becuase she was also able to reach into his.

The light he created was inconsequential. A real jedi does not need eyes to see.

She Parryed the Obvious strike to her head with the Akendo blade Pressing at it with equal force so that they became locked in a stalmate. With the sabre hilt held back handed towards her wrist she engaged his second saber holding both weapons at bay for the moment.

She followed Aiki training. Find the weakness of your enemy with the assistance of the force. She search his mind and found several words that interested her. Arai....Arai...Arai... Over and over again. Along with a great pain.

As the mental battle continues she whispers. "Arai, who is this, I see guilt. Perhaps a woman that you failed to protect?"

<!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> His laugh was bitter, mocking the womans poor 'reading'. Putting more downward pressure on his blades, the womans strength faltered slightly. He was pushing her down.<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->

"Arai? Protect Arai? Arai is my enemy foolish woman!!"

<!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Pushing harder, he could feel her strength, but was able to overcome it. His upper sabre was edging closer to her neck, his lower one unseen.<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->
