Streaks of light surrounded the Imperial Star Destroyer, Restoration. The newly christened Outer-Rim Sovereignty First Fleet streaked through hyperspace. Most of the ships and men had seen action in the Battle of Lhwekk as members of Black Hand Fleet Group 1. Now, mere months after that great battle they were on the move again. The Dark Circle, a group of Sith had risen up into prominence. Using their pitiful fleet they gained control of Khar Delba, Ziost and other worlds. They had made just one mistake. They had failed to create a strong enough fleet to adequately defend themselves, arrogantly assuming that their powers in the force would help them. They were wrong, and now they would pay for their arrogance.

With a bump the fleet reverted from hyperspace in the Khar Delba system. Immeaditly without Riddle needing to voice a single order, the fleet formed up in one single massive formation while the Bird of Preys sped off to reconneter under their Cloaking Shields.

"Sir we have Sensor reports beginning to come in from the Bird of Preys. There are shipyards in orbit, with various ships under construction."

"Alright, Move the fleet forward at 1 quarter flank with the Intredictors remaining behing in Picket formation."

"Sir, Priority Message from Wraith III.They've found something."

"Put it up on my private screen lieutenant."

The face of Captain Flowen, Commander of Wraith III immeaditly appeared on his private screen.

"Sir we were scanning the shipyards, and we found something."

"What is it Captain? I don't have time for guessing games."

"Sir they have a mostly completed Super Star Destroyer. As near as I can tell it's almost done construction. Another week or so, maybe less. They won't be able to use it in this battle though. They appear to be working on the Reactor and the Main Computer. Neither of them are powered up and assuming they even are capable of powering them up it would take at least 2 hours."

"Thank you Captain. Hold position and continue scanning. Communications, order all Bird of Preys to the same sector as Wraith III. Helm increase the fleet speed to full flank and set us a course for Wraith III. Fighter Control, Prep all the bombers, I want them to launch first, then the rest of our fighters."

"Sir the Restoration is ordering the attack" The communications officer said from his station in the starboard crew pit.

Captain Cage, of the Imperial-class Star Destroyer Defiant, looked up from his own command console. And at the young ensign.

"Understood. Signal the Restoration that we will lead the Birds of Prey on our attack on the shipyards. Previous orders from the President dictate that the Restoration is to lead the Vanguard formation in the main assault on the planet."
Cage replied to the communications ensign.

"Understood sir"

"Also, signal Captain Flowen and tell him that all Bird of Prey squadrons are to form up in tactical outline three and decloak. Load all missile tubes and prepare to fire" He said to the entire bridge crew.


"Sir we are receiveing a transmission from Wraith Three" The secondary comm officer said suddenly.

"Put it through" Cage said.

"Captain Cage" A voice suddenly boomed through the bridge speakers.

"Captain Flowen, please report" Cage said. He and Flowen had gone through the old Federation Military Academy. And Cage had never much liked the man.

"We have scanned the shipyards and it appears there is a rather large vessel under construction..."

"What is it?"

"Well it appears to be in the final stages of construction, it is a Super Star Destroyer" Flowen said.

Suddenly, another young officer slipped a datapad into his hands. He began to study it while talking to Flowen at the same time.

"Really?" Cage asked. Somehow he wasn't surprised. Darksiders seemed to want to do everything big.

"Yes. And our orders from the Restoration are to destroy it"

"We may have been too late for that. I have a Black Hand report here and it says that there appears to already be an attack under way"

"Who?"

Cage sighed to himself. "The Jedi are involved" He said.

"Jedi? Well, the lazy ones have finally decided to do somthing with their special talents" Flowen said sarcasticly.

"Apparently. Nevertheless. We have our orders. All Birds of Prey are to decloak and form up on the Defiant. Lets get to work" He said to Flowen, and the rest of the Bird of Prey commanders.

He got acknowledgements all around and he glanced at his tactical display again. There were two Sovereignty armadas now. One, which consisted of all non-Bird of Prey vesseles was advancing on Khar Delba itself and the other, lead by the Defiant, was advancing on the shipyards orbiting it.

Here we go.

Nathaniel Somir stood silently upon the bridge of the Imperial Star Destroyer Tetan's Hope watching through the viewport as starlines shrank to pin points of light in the distance. The planet of Khar Delba loomed into view as the massive fleet, combined of the eight Sovereign Fleets of the Tetan Republic, exited hyperspace.

"Relay all information to me as it comes up."

The sudden arrival of the Tetan forces would likely not only suprise the Sith, but also the attack Force which had already made it's way to the system.

"Open a channel to the Sith base."

"Channel open, sir."

"Sith leaders, this is Nathaniel Somir, leader of the Tetan Republic's forces in this sector. Our terms are these, and are not negotiatable. You will immediately surrender to us the planets of Khar Shian and Gahgrin. We will, in turn, surrender complete control of Korriban to you. You will also surrender to us all weapons of war, including all naval vessels. Should these conditions be met, I will see to it that this planet is left alone, not only by us but by those who currently seek to attack it. As I said, we will not negotiate these terms. They are final. Somir.. out."

You take liberties with my patience and as I said before, the next time we meet, it will not be friendly. I will agree to the trade of Korriban for Gahgrin. The planet belongs to my father, as you know, but anything else is not acceptable.

Lacing his voice with a shadowy edge, he spoke seriously, knowing Nathaniel Somir would understand.

You have one hour to agree to my terms. Do not take me lightly or overestimate your power. You turned away from your true destiny years ago, betraying your family. Sadow out.

Turning to the overlord Malice Draclau, the dark lord of the sith smiled.

Is the fleet in position Overlord? I believe our attackers will be suprised to say the least. As well, have our allies contacted us? I sense Khar shian will be the graveyard of the jedi star.

"I informed you that I will not negotiate. Should you force my hand it will be all that you control which will suffer, not just these small things."

Cage watched the unfolding events carefully from his position at the at the front of the bridge. This was supposed to be a nice easy, assignment, quick, fast, effective.

So much for that.

"Give me a full tactical readout, and put me through to the fleet"

He reached into his pocket and pulled out a small datachip. He inserted it into his datapad and watched the text scroll down the screen.

General Order 11221102 - A

Captain Cage of The Star Destroyer Restoration, your orders are to proceed to Khar Delba and secure the planet under Sovereignty control. And you are to proceed to drive away the Sith nationality of this 'Dark Circle' from the sector. If at any point, the strike force assigned to the attack, comes into contact with a superior force, you are hereby granted permission to assume control of all Sovereignty personell to ensure their safety.

"Sir, you are connected with the rest of the fleet"

"Good, relay this information I am sending you from my datapad to the Captains of each vessel"

"Yes sir"

Cage sent the orders from Griff to the communications console, which was relayed to the rest of the fleet.

"Attention all vessels, this is Captain Cage of the Restoration. I am taking command of the fleet, as per general orders from the President. I am ordering all ships to hold their current positions. Do not fire unless fired upon"

Cage took a deep breath before nodding at the comm officer again.

"Get me into contact with the new arrivals"

The comm officer nodded and after a moment, signaled.

"Attention Tetan vessels, this is Captain Cage of the Outer-Rim Sovereignty. I request that you halt your advance on Khar Delba and explain your presence in this system" He said.

"End transmission, send a coded message to the planet I want to talk to whoever is in charge down there"

"Go ahead sir"

"This is Captain Cage of the Outer-Rim Sovereignty, we are at stationkeeping near your planet, and I request a temporary truce between us. Please respond

"Commander, raise the interdiction fields. I want this system cut off. Power up all defenses and weapons, ready the fighters for launch."

As soon as the orders were given, it was done.

"Now, open me a channel."

The channel was opened.

"Captain, you are hardly in a possition to be requesting anything of me. Perhaps it is I who should be asking your intentions in this system."

"Status of our weapons?" Cage asked.

"The fleet reports ready, all missile tubes loaded and ready to fire, turbolasers charged and operational" His Tactical Officer reported.

"Good, open a channel to the Tetans"

"Channel open"

"Our intentions are our own business. We do not want to fight, but we are prepared to do so. I advise that you leave this area, you are intruding in our private affairs"

The channel opened once more.

"This is Fearghail of the Tetan Republic. When your personal business is war, it becomes public business. Also, you will find us equally ready and willing to do battle. Now, stand down from ANY operation until we have completed our business here. At which time, you will be contacted once more."
