<font color=green>Narrowing in around the man's temple, the infrared lenses suddenly switched back to the typical color spectrum to give Elegark a cleaner focus on his features and details. He was a Weequay, that much was certain, indicated by his rough brown skin and the long headbangs reeling down his body. The name indicated Mardet Vorooloo, the wanted spy and murderer of the three systems of Tholatin, Ssuru, and even Tatooine.
"What are you another bounty hunter?" he hissed angrily, pushing out his chest in self pride. Elegark simply shook his head. He was aboard the Weequay's ship, a YT-2400 dubbed the Moreover, holding the man at gunpoint for what he did not know. "Then what do you want with me?"
"Information," Elegark said matter of factly. "I know you have some."
"Eh? What's it to ya'?" the Weequay scoffed, looking for a deal. However the resounding click of the armor-plad man ended his dilusions of grandeur rather quickly.
"Your life, if that means anything."
The weequay gulped slightly. "Alright, what do ya' want to know?"
"What is the name of Gral's ship?" Elegark demanded, not letting the grip on his pistol go that now lay snugly against the brownish texture of Mardet's skin. His eyes went wide suddenly.
"Gral? I can't just give out that information."
"Yes..." Elegark said admittingly. Then he brought his head up in an aggressive manner and began to apply pressure to the trigger of his weapon. "but I can easily just take your life, that should compensate. Not to mention this fine ship, it's worth a good 3 mill on the market."
"Ok!" Mardet screamed suddenly just before the singing red beam was about to leave the barrel. "It's the Midnight Tapestry! A YV-666!"
"A 666?" That brought a sudden lack of assurance to the bounty hunter. YV-666s were not the easiest of ships to take down, and even then it also had a docking bay, making it easily a six million credit freighter on the market. "Where's it headed?"
This time the weequay was not stupid enough to bite his tongue. "Ord Mantell."
"Why's he going there? What would a Ryn want with Ord Mantell?"
"I don't know! He told me not to ask questions!"
Gral was a strange case, for the furry little Ryn creatures were not normally violent or aggressive in any manner, but inthis case Gral had both lied and backstabbed Elegark to form now a major crime syndicate. Piracy, extortion, slicing, murder, it had all been rolled into one for Gral and Elegark, being caught up in the middle of it all, was not about to let it continue.
Besides, the Hutts would pay a small fortune to have one of their competitors put out of action.
"This Midnight Tapestry...it's his headquarters?"
"I can't tell you that."
"So it is?"
"No I didn't say that!"
"Then is it?"
"I...I can't tell you!"
"You already did," Elegark pulled back on the trigger and let loose a pounding red laser shot through the Weequay's temple, putting him down for good. "That should shut you up for a while, I wonder how much money I can get off your rotting carcass."
Grabbing him by the back of his shirt, he slowly dragged him to what looked like a decent fitting hold and tossed him in.
"It's a little cramped in there, but I doubt you'll mind."
With that Elegark made for the cockpit, preparing for liftoff.
