Your problem may be that you are technologically inept:

Dolash02: Damn
Dolash02: damn damn damn damndamn
InterArmaEnim: What are you trying to do that RTP.ini stops you?
Dolash02: I think I need that file to make a game disk
Dolash02: I can test play the game, work on the game, but I can't make it an .exe file
Dolash02: because when I press the button it says it cannot copy from the source device thing
Dolash02: And it appears I am missing the RTP.ini file which people reffer to often when discussing making game disks, so that leads me to believe my lack of one is causing the problem
InterArmaEnim: Like I said Dolash... I can make Gamedisks just fine.
InterArmaEnim: I don't have it either.
InterArmaEnim: I just made one, just to test.
Dolash02: ...Weird...
Dolash02: so can I ask you one thing then?
Dolash02: Could you go into a game folder
Dolash02: and tell me EXACTLY what files are there, besides those folders that hold the graphics and music and stuff?
Dolash02: I've got to be missing something
InterArmaEnim: No. It'll take forever.
Dolash02: ...Ok
InterArmaEnim: ZIP up your whole RPGMaker directory, send it to me on AIM.
Dolash02: ...How do you zip?
InterArmaEnim: OMGWTF

Well, to zip first you get out of the chair, then you run really fast from one end of the house to the other.

Or, if you have windows XP, right click your RPG maker folder, go to the 'send to' sub-menu, and then select 'Compressed (Zipped) folder'.

User's choice.

I've figured it out.

And maybe - JUST MAYBE - I've found a way to let others play my game.

I send you a zipped folder over AIM, you go into the folder and double-click the icon "RTP" with the picture of the red-armour person. I don't know if it works for people who havn't got all the crap I have installed on my computer, but its' worth a shot, eh?

Anyone who wants to try the game can contact me and just perhaps it'll work.

Just perhaps, no promises.

Or you could upload it to a server and then everyone can download it.

The Rebel Faction directory you sent me, Dolash, was empty.

Yeah, about that, it was actually in the RPG Folder WITHIN the RPG folder, which I sent you.

Its' a bit confusing, but its' there.

That would likely explain your problem right there. I'm going to test it now.

Yeah... that's your problem Dolash. Move that one folder, and you can make a gamedisk at will.

Well, it came up with a single file copy error, so I dunno if the gamedisk will work... but it said it was created.
