Ok, so I've been working on my TRF Game, and have hit a little snag-like object. Its' like this, I want some star wars music in it, you know, like the Darth Vader anthem and all that, but I don't know where to get it.

In theory, I could record the music from the "Clone Wars" game, which has on it an option to listen to assorted musical tracks, but I'd have to record it by playing it on the game cube and holding a microphone close to the TV Speakers. And that'd be rather poor quality. Anyone know anywhere I may find this music? I figure this is the place to ask.

I have the soundtrack from the entire first trilogy, it's like 7 CD's long. You might be able to pick it up somewhere.

Sometimes PC games (older ones, usually, like Rebel Assault) have the game audio on the CD, you can rip it from that too.

I too have the entire trilogy, but I do have a wealth of midi star wars music.

All the funky little tunes used way back in the days of the X-wing games and the like.

And Dark Forces, I spent hours playing that game.

*EDIT* You have no idea how happy this makes me. With this music my game at last sounds truly star-warsy.

I know, I know, I'm sorry really I am, but here's the thing.

When the game is complete, You're supposed to click a little button that will then take all the scattered data files and folders and turns it into one .exe file game. Unfortunately, when I click that while using MY copy of RPG Maker 2003 it says it cannot copy from the source device, or something.

I've tried changing the setting, moving the files around, changing the target of the game, everything, and always the same problem occurs.

Now, my copy of the program has always been a bit quirky. When you create a new project its' supposed to automatically shift the graphics, sound, and that sort of thing into the new games' options, but mine doesn't so I have to do that manually. I can test-play the game using the program, but you can't send people test-play versions, so that doesn't work. I think I must be missing a file OR I need to move it somewhere. To fix it I've talked to everyone I know who runs the program, but that really didn't help much, which leads me to conclude that I'll have to ask people on the internet about it, and I'm reluctant to because a lot of people who seem to use this program are also a little... gross.

Anyways, sooner or later I'll find out whats' wrong with it, and you can bet the instant I do I'll be spitting demo versions at anything that moves. I don't know if it works on macs though, so apoligies to Mac users in advance, just in case.

*EDIT* I think I found what's missing. On several RPG Maker Forums (Where I saw things no man should ever see, like 'please' spelt 'PLZ OMG STFU!!1') I head people speak of altering a file called the "RTP.ini", I believe, so that they may make a game disk file on a CD instead of on the Hard Drive or floppies. From what I have read it appears this file is the one which is used to convert the data. It is a file I do not possess. Once I acquire this file, my game shall be downloadable to the masses! And there was much rejoicing.
