No No, break her leg, then sue her for disturbing the peace with her cries for help.

The reason no one does anything nice for people anymore. Our society allows anyone to sue for anything anymore it seems. I'm surprised by half of them I see getting thrown back and forth now a days. I got arrested for something small even. *sighs* The world is a crazy place...unjust 'justice'...

The Denver Post newspaper reported on Friday that the girls had decided to stay home and bake the cookies rather than go to a dance where there might be cursing and drinking.

Cursing!! God forbid!!!

What's this woman's address? I'll give her a fricking heart attack... Dumb bitch.... *puts on brass knuckles* Now those girls are probably going to end up like the rest of today's youth, drinking and doing drugs and getting pregnant before they even graduate highschool. Why? Because now they think that being nice is a wrong thing to do! LET'S KILL THE UNGRATEFUL WENCH!

Irtar speaks the truth. I remember a while back there were these parents who's child died because he fell out of the crib and broke his neck. They sued and won millions of dollars from it. Want to know the kicker? It wasn't even the crib being bad that caused it. It was a combination of the child being over the size limit for it and being left in it unwatched for long periods of time. It's sad that a child died because of shitty parenting and it's even worse that the courts forced this company to pay them millions of dollars because of their own negligence. It's a good crib company, too. I had one bought for me almost 20 years ago and it was used for me and three other children in that time.

Lord Xireon
And this, this is a $900 lawsuit that (like most frivolous lawsuits people with too much time on their hands complain about) will have no bearing on society.

It's already had an effect on society.

Didn't you Americans go about passing some "no frivilous lawsuits" bill?

It may be lame but at least it's In House and not overseas in some turban bound boundry.

What about the old lady with the hot coffee from McDonalds? *rolls eyes* People are morons in this country. Thats why I wish I lived somewhere else because I feel like the idiocy is in the air is suffocating me.

Too many people blame others for their neglecting to see the obvious.

Coffee= hot = Bad to put in between legs

Crib= For babies = Not for your two year old kid, get a frigging bed for the brat already!

Next someone's going to sue the United States government for not making change too big for kids to shove in their nose...
