I don't know, they did such a good job with the first one I don't see them fucking this up. And after taking a first look at what the Joker is actually going to look like I'm more and more convinced.
I really like the way that they've made superheroes seem like they could exist in a world, if not our own, maybe a little darker and more futuristic but realistic nonetheless. I like that this Joker isn't too over the top but he still looks like he could be a sadistic, twisted sociopath.
Hey... I've been known to agree with you also. From... time to time. Though I usually try to keep it to myself as not to expose the impending Apocalypse.
More often then not Demos speaks the truth... the sad part is he's almost always speaking it for the wrong fucking reasons.
And I concur. If Batman Begins was any indication of the new trend for the franchise, I have pretty high hopes for this production. Though I both loath and despise Heath Ledger as it stands, I'm hoping this film changes my opinion regarding his so called "talent" on screen.
Just being sexy isn't enough if you ask me. If it were, I'd be the biggest earner in Hollywood.
I have to agree that the picture does change my inital total hate of the idea.
And that i wholeheartedly agree with. For example, making the batmobile an ATV tank rather than a fruity mardi-gras parade float with a jet engine attached.
Ya man that Batmobile turned out to be awesome. All I can remember is, the first time I saw what the Batmobile was going to look like, I was pissed. I thought it was the most ridiculous-looking thing ever. But after seeing it in the movie, how it was used, how it came about I actually thought it was really well done.
and remember, by the time the Joker has reached the age of when Jack Nicholson played him, he has spent millions and decades trying to fix his face, but just screwing it up more and more.... so as a younger Joker, I like this version..
