Paramilitary camos actually. They're an article of clothing in SWG

A rare moment of excellence when it comes to digital painting.
-Shive Katal-

Nope, not one of my characters, he belongs to a player on Star Wars Galaxies that's a good friend of mine. Did this as a spur of the moment thing...

Finally got inspired to do a map of the K'Satikur Clan grounds.

While you have posted some wonderful pieces of art, I always come back to that naked Trandoshan, because I just cannot figure out why in the world you would want to draw a 'sexy' picture of a trandoshan....

It was a pose and a pic idea I wanted to try, as I am almost always experimenting and testing my skills (one thing you won't see me posting is...erm...stuff worse then that pic: no I haven't done any!). I'll admit my brain can be a bit...sick...as the original idea for that pic was slightly less PG if you get my drift, but I cleaned up the pic for the sake of me being able to post it and keep any respect I have. I won't go that far with any of my drawings very often, in fact I can count how many times I have on one hand and you won't be seeing them online...ever (no those pics weren't of Trandoshans! They were done before my current addiction to Trandoshans).

Blood and gore I'll do...but not the other 'adult' thing with Trandoshans...

It actually reminds me of Shadows of the Empire.... dunno if you read the EU novels avidly or not.

Hope you don't mind a little thread dredgery.

Your art is very good, and I especially like that last one. You've got a really good grasp on shading and accenting the face - especially a Trandoshan's face.

I browsed through a month or so back, and liked what I saw. Keep up the good work =]

Thank you :).

I've been kind of behind on posting my art here, so here's more.

-Asri & Shive-

Sketch of Asri and her husband in SWG (yeah her story ended up going in a bit of a different direction there...Besk isn't dead yet for one ;)). I did do a -colored version- but I am not really that happy with it.

-Merry Christmas-

Asri says Merry Christmas in her own way...don't ask me why she chose to wear what she did...

-Legendary Battle-

I was bored...and did this purely as an experiment, nothing more. Basically this was an attempt to due a painting that mimiced what could be passed as a roughly painted tapestry. It's not supposed to be 'accurate' in any shape or form: with those large claws of theirs do you think a Trandoshan could paint very easily? I don't imagine many would have the patience for it to start with ;). Anyway what is this of you ask? Namely the fight between the K'Satikur Clan founder and the K'Satizitus a very long time ago...

An artist is their own worst critic :)

I've got tons of pieces I can't stand because I simply don't like them. Others usually say otherwise, but me personally, I always feel that I could do better.
