What confuses me about the "holy land" is that if you want to defend it, why would you destroy half of it, and then destroy the rest of it? That's like a Nazi randomly bombing Germany to save Hitler!

Military aside, I'm very upset about this - Slaskia's a nice person and an excellent writer, and for her to get blocked by the military from TRF doesn't seem fair at all. I imagine there's little that can be done, and even less from where we are, but still I'd like to say that this is just unfortunate.

I mean jesus, i dont wake up in the morning and drive to work thinking "gee... i wonder what i could write about today! maybe a Korriban Stardestroyer takeover." yeah.

Yeah, I was working on it. But now I'm visiting relatives and the thread is on my computer at home, so I can't really do a whole lot about it. But starting on January 2nd, I'll be home and will be able to get a post up (actually i'm home on the night of the 30th, but then on the 31st I have to work, then its new years eve and on the 1st I'll spend all my time recuperating from the night before.

Before the block it I was doing most of my posting in the cafe during off duty hours, the cafe (from what I was told) going through a different network. That said, I could understand the computers at work getting the block...but the cafe? The only reason I can think of for it being blocked there is that there's a '30 min limit while there are people waiting to use a computer'. I know with me it takes me at least an hour to write a (decent)post...but most times I wrote my posts on my laptop in my room....*shrug* oh well...
