One is from England where one speaks English. One doesn't give a fig for how you do things over there, and finds your assumption that one does arrogant in the extreme.

I did hear somewhere that "American English" is closer to what used to be spoken in England at the time you folk left our sunny shores. I mean, one of the original ships called "Enterprise" was a British one (1770s I'm guessing), and it was called HMS Enterprize I believe - spelled with a z. That's an interesting thought... American English is English V1.0. You're welcome to upgrade to 2.0? We can offer you 50% extra vowels in words such a "colour" and lots of nice sexy "s"s to replace those angular "z"s. Interested?
