Source is the engine, guys, not the game.

I have VtM: Bloodlines, which runs on the HL2 source engine, if that counts?

Ancient piece of junk...?
You tard.
Kas: CS stands for Counter Strike. I'm sure they are aware that Source is the new CS engine, but most people just call the game Source for short, because people may think you are referring to the old 1.6 if you merely say Counterstrike, as a good number of people refuse to transfer from 1.6 to Source, claiming that Source is no good. I pity the fool.

hls=halflife-source
hl2=halflife 2
hl2dm=halflife 2 deathmatch
cs=counterstrike 1.6
csx=counterstrike [xbox]
cz=condition zero (cs)
{css, Source}=counterstrike source
ect.

CS was out before 99. It went retail in 99 as version 1.0 , but before that there were the betas. I'm pretty sure I started somewhere in early 98 most likely, perhaps even 97. Back then the only way you could get it was by downloading it as a free mod for HL. Good times.
But as far as HL2, Source, and 1.6 goes... we should play sometime. I usually play under the name Ghosteh and love it.
