Naga Sadow was the first one to stumble upon the Sith, his badly damaged flagship being hidden on it's surface, and his body being interned into a coffin, to where his spirit could be free to help those three kids in the Empress Teta system to help takeover and tutor them in the ways of the Dark Side or whatever. Then Exar Kun stumbled upon Yavin 4, home of the massassi, or better known as the Sith species, and killed the body and spirit of Naga Sadow. He then took control of the massassi, and waged war on the Republic until a massive Jedi fleet assembled and attacked the planet. He sealed himself away, then set off a massive bomb, obliterating the massassi and decimating the attacking Jedi fleet.
Please ignore what Kraken just said as the majority of it is wrong and is probably based off information from something like "Bobs super duper sith site".
Not only is it completely incorrect, it has nothing to do with the conversation at hand, so in essence you've just come into a thread and posted some irrelevant and heavily flawed information. I suggest you stop now before making a bigger ass of yourself.
Actually I just quoted what happened in the official Comic book series. That is the most accurate information on the Sith. If some nitwit decided to create a half-ass spinoff source guide and call it the official information, then yay good for him.
Let's scratch the Rule of Two. Good for Star Wars saga, bad fopr RP'ing. Especially since that measn that the master will always be screwed eventually.
I can tell from the way your post was written that it wasn't quoted, it looks more like your recollection of what you read, and in the recollection you've made mistakes, because it is quite wrong. Source Books are based off of and expand upon existing information, which in this case would be the comic books, so highly doubt the Sith history would be that conflicting between the two sources.
And forgive me if I find a very impressively written and organized source book over some comic books more convincing.
I'll look over this properly in a moment... though one thing does strike me as odd:
Who suggested the two rule to begin with?
It doesn't serve any RP base at all and basically cuts off everyone else (save those 2 Sith) from joining a Sith faction... In fact there wouldn't even be a Sith faction with only 2 members at any given time, heh.
No one suggested it. It's just that a few people called the Sith here something like "Dark Jedi posers" rather than real Sith, simply because the TRF Sith don't follow Bane's 2 Sith rule, and I was explaining why they are wrong.
