Do it trash can style. Dig a one foot hole in the ground, fill up the hole with hot coals, place an aluminum foil wrapped trash can lid over the hole, then place a turkey on a rack about one foot over the lid, then place the trash can over the turkey and make it cover the lid. Artifical oven style.

I've heard that while Turducken's are supposed to be very good, they are ugly as hell to look at once cut open and some people can't eat them because of the look.

And dude, don't fry a 23 pound turkey unless your really good at it and done it lots of times before. The larger the turkey, the more likely you'll have oil flair up. Normally we do fry, but this year it just never seemed to happen. Bloody price gouging on the oil...

And for those that it doesn't seem to be sinking in, Canada has a Thanksgiving day too, it's just not the same time the USA has one.
