You should save it regardless, like I do all my storyline posts on MS Word, save them, then copy and paste.

Practically everyone does that.

Isn`t it slightly obvious?

I didn't..

I don't usually write out stuff and post them hours later.

I read up on something to get the feel, click the Reply Thread and post cold turkey 9 times out of 10.

If the board goes down I am pretty much screwed.

I always write in Word. Mostly just to catch the typos I'm bound to make.

Anything more than a couple paragraphs I always ued to do in Word.

Now I have a bug or something though and can't open MS Word, so I have to do all my crap in word pad. Which is rough, because I have no spell checker of synonym function! Oh my.

Actually I use Word Pad. I prefer that over word despite the absence of a spell checker.

I always used Word cause most of the time I'll start writing a post and then I'll have to go do something else, so I just save it and come back to it later. Which is why it takes me weeks (sometimes) to get a post up because I only get to right a few paragraphs at a time before being called away to do something else (usually homework). But then I delete the posts later on, so if TRF crashed an lost all the posts I still wouldn't have much. Mainly just some ongoing threads and future ideas.

Sometimes, if I think the situation requires it, I use Word to write posts. Most of the time I just read, click 'reply', write.
