Star Wars (the franchise); squeezing that last dollar out of an already addled fan base since the beginning.

I'm not really interested in this movie. I'm not really interested in anything Star Wars, save for Force Unleashed on Xbox 360.

I don't own a Television, let alone a 360. My interest remains in anything for the computer, alone.


And I can't say I'm uninterested in the movie because it will have deep-space engagements. I'm very drawn to that, as we know.


But Ewan McGregor won't be playing? Why the hell not?

because these actors don't want their names and careers marked by this franchise and only this franchise. because most of them are actually good actors.

I would prefer to have the original voice actors for the series as well. It seems a shame that they're not.

Recently Ewan McGregor was quoted as saying that he had come to regret his role in Star Wars.

Which source said this? I'm sure Ewan was content with the role, if not the way the stories were told...

I still stand firm in the belief that Phantom Menace should have started with Anakin beginning his training, and then having the Clone Wars, where he turned evil, followed by a full-out action movie set during the initial stages of the Jedi purge.
