Another thing to note. Many people at TRF know a lot about WWII. I only know as much as they teach in regular basic history but most of the rest know far, far more.

Yeah, well I'm just decended from crappy officers who nobody know's about and infantry. My family has earned little respect in that way. Though we all seem to be sufficient killers. hmm, I must meditate on this for a while.

My family has had a lot of people in the service. My father served in the U.S. army corp of Engineers in Vietnam, my recently deceased grandfather served as infantry in the 3rd Army division Europe WW2, my other grandfather served in U.S. army Europe in WW2, my Great-Grandfather deceased served as infantry in WW1, and there are several others too.
