I think the restart was around November 3, 2002.

The restart RP was begun in February. If I remember right, the restart happened somewhere in the middle of the RP.... ?

If I remember correctly, the official restart date was FEBUARY 1, 2002. Rebuilding didn't begin for a week, on Febuary 7, 2002. You should have all archived your builds - look at your first one post-restart and count backwards 7 days.
