I think, to be truly objective for TRF, we'd need two lists, one for IC persona and OOC presence...

IMHO Simon Kaine rules the IC list, buddy!

"Please, come in." He didn't know whether to engage in conversation or grab her and start kissing her passionately, clearly there was tension in the air.

She smiled as she passed him and walked over towards the same window which he'd been staring out. "I've missed you Az', I always thought you'd return... I just didn't know when... I suppose I'd hoped it would have been long ago..." She turned around and looked at him. "I've been waiting for this day... for so long... you were the only man I've ever loved."
