I remeber something from the GDI/TNO wars, about only being able to do about 5 minutes of stuff in one post.

I think it should be however long seems reasonable, and gives your opponent a chance to respond.

Heir: No.

Jan: The latter of what you said would be correct.

It would certainly explain alot.

Generally i keep my IC actions to around a minute a post in regards to fleeting against someone.

His posts have been mostly in personal htreads without involvement from others. While Iwould like to see improvement, we cannot fault him for his lethargy.

There are no set rules on it.

As long as the other side feels they've been given enough time to respond. Really, it is determined by the nature of the rp and the desires of the rp'ers themselves.

Hyfe was just anal about that in wanting 30 - 60 sec increments and demanded that from whomever he fought against. The benefit to shortening the time, less chance of godmoding. The drawbacks, it takes 30 posts and 6 months to move into position.

Jan's got the right of it.

That's fine for your rp's.. but again, it's not a hard and fast rule. It's usually up the rp'ers themselves.

Unless Kraken is attacking you specifically..
