My mates saw it on Wednesday, and some people *** and **** and some one get's ********.
Sovereign Eclipse: Muunilist OOC
Yeah... right.
Revolutions blew. It really did.
Nice post Kaine. I have one question though, The ship is not technically 'completed' so it cannot raise shields or use any of it weapons, correct?
Revolutions should be good.
I worship Satan.
Aint that just dandy.
You're right Griff. You guys never let Chadd to anything with his almost completed Death Star, why should your ESD be able to do anything?
This attack started before the ESD was finished and...you said there was a pattern. What pattern? Obviously we'd run operations differently, and you'd need an operative for every Imperial Citizen on Agamar to find a pattern actually something you don't have.
And the case officers are pretty much desk officers. But that's okay the Intelligence Part was more curiosity than anything.

We let Chadd blow up his Death Star...
Marth (and others), why does everyone here treat shipyards as if they are completely form-fitting shapes that entirely surround and engulf a vessel?
If that was the case, you never would have been able to see the ESD.
Ships under construction go through a variety of stages. When the keel is being laid, they have scafolding set up to support it, and for the duration of the exterior construction.
But the ESD is within a day or so (IC) of being completed. The remaining construction is merely the interior; any exterior devices have long been removed in preperation for the ship to exit the yards.
Take a look at the representation of shipyards in the games; they're long objects with two defined "sides", and a large hollow centre where the ship being built rests.
It is not completely surrounding the ship on all sides. There's certainly enough room to raise shields, especcially since shields (according to the GC) are projected only a few meters (max) from the hull.
Get the idea that shipyards completely enclose their target while it is being built out of your heads.
Now, moving on... TNO has a precident for moving an ESD within a week of being completed. That would be, the last time someone tried to knock it out before it was done.
As I recall, TNO allowed for Chadd to move his Death Star (somewhat), simply stating that the main weapon would not be operational for the durration of the battle.
I assume Simon has similar theories here.

Um actually you said that he couldn't fire even 1 turbolaser. Last time they knocked it out IC wise when it was done.
