I meant to say this to Smarts the next time I caught him on AIM, but since Omnae created a thread I must say not only what a fantastic speech you've composed, but a complete tip of the cap to you on expressing the true gravity of the Enclave's exposure to the galaxy. I had meant to cover the very subject when it was my turn to post as Zark, but someone has been keeping me waiting. (DOLASH!) Still, I am confident I could have expressed such an idea any better than Smarts did so succinctly in the end of that post. Bravo, sir.
