Magic like that only comes around once in a lifetime, 14 or not. You, Special K will always be my Emperor.

Votes, in addition, since having voted previously, and now an amalgamation, these newer (since the last vote) threads...

And Yet It Moves - Ithron, in this as of yet one-post story, spreads word of the Crusade, and the War involving the same, to the Imperial Inquisition. As with most of his work, it boasts great promise, great potential. I, for one, cannot wait to see where it goes... or who joins in.

Homecoming - The Crusade, the Sith, INVASION! An epic thread composed of epic posts by epic writers; the battle between estranged dark-side peers brims with power uncanny. This is a must read, the first in a series of Crusader stories, that will doubtless be a pinnacle thread for some time to come. Readers Note: Homecoming, paired with the Apprentices series, presents an unparalleled look at the dark-side of the Force as told by some of TRF's best force-writers.

Dirty Work, Part II: Word of Honor - A bit of personal bias here, voting for a thread so largely me-centric, but I just have to. Things stalled for a while, but since resuming the story has come together nicely and in doing, brought out the work put in earlier! Vote for me, and vote for Wes!

I didn't vote in the other thread, so these are my only nominations.

Annals of Azrael Zell - an excellent collection of anecdotes that, while short, make for entertaining reading. The latest, inspired by an OOC discussion in the Rebel Cafe, is as hilarious as it is thought-provoking. What more can you ask for?

Homecoming - The Sith find themselves on the receiving end of a brutal assault and are forced to fight for the survival of their Order against the enigmatic and insatiable Crusade. Both sides are writing passionately and resultant story is a fine example of a Force-User RP as it should be: Powerful, deep and potentially universe changing.

Storm Warning: Remnant - Read how the Empire responds to an emerging crisis in a story written with considerable finesse.

A Rough Road Leads to the Stars - If you ever forget (as I'd imagine most of us do at some point) that the TRF universe is a derivative of the Star Wars franchise, this is sure to remind you what it's all about. Plucky rebels fighting the seemingly unbeatable Empire; we're back to where it all began, complete with Han, Chewie and Leia. A story of an emerging rebellion put in perspective by the authors' many collective years of writing in the New Order-dominated universe.

I'd vote for "By the Force of Arms alone", "Annals of Azrael Zell", and "Simon Kaine facts". There are so many good threads going on, so really I just picked a couple out of many just as worthy, but we can hardly sticky the whole battlegrounds now can we?

I would like to add "The Taste of Bitter Defeat" and "Shadows and Dust."

Can we get some mini-reviews, like we did for the last Showcase? Just a quick synopsis we can put along with the Showcase when I post it up. Also, get your votes in ASAP, assuming the turnout continues the way it is I'll plan on putting this up probably early next week.
