I will be gone from early friday (late thursday) until monday. (Due to a convention for string bassists and Easter.)

I thought it was neccecary to post this for the benefit of Ahnk's Rebel Cafe thing and so that Kalshion doesn't think I've dissapeared again. :p

(I'll be playing Cappricio No. 2 for Solo Double Bass by David Anderson at the convention :) . It'll be fun- maybe I can get a recording.)

Ok I'm back now, pretty much. Probably the coolest part of the conference was that my ensemble's coach was Rufus Reid, who you might have heard of.

I have a 301 megabyte file of a performance that I did, maybe I can whittle it down to audio and post it.

Sorry I haven't been on so much, or else I would have noticed this perhaps some time before you got back! Just some stuff, but moving on, good job with the music work! I didn't know musicians had coaches, did he bring the half-time oranges?

Milkshake, what kind of audio is it, and how long of a performance? A 128kbps .mp3 file clocks in at about a MB a minute, not a hard download. Not the best sounding either, but most people can't tell without a back-to-back comparison.

It isn't audio, it's a dvd, so it's huge. I'm trying to whittle it down to audio, but it didn't do audio seperately for some reason so the only thing I can think of is playing the dvd and recording it with a microphone. I need a new microphone, though.
