Recently there have been talks about the Coalition eventually capturing Coruscant from TNO. It would make an interesting thread, but it would take a lot of groundwork, etc, to be laid into it before it takes effect. What I'm proposing is a prototype Battle of Coruscant thread, to help meld and test our fleet and writing skills before the actual battle. This is what I call a dream scenario, where everyone has the same dream or nightmare, and this becomes the core of the thread. Everyone has an intro post of going to sleep, and everyone's final post has them waking up in a pool of sweat or awesome wetness. Thoughts?

It's a really good idea, but everyone seems to have forgotten the last quasi reality, everyone is invited epic scope roleplay that's now ongoing, so I dunno how it will go over.

If I'm waking up in an awesome wetness, I'm not dreaming about you guys and Coruscant ;)

Conversley, if it's ok to NPC everyone, I could do an RP on how I think the Battle of Coruscant could turn out?

Or you could have a dream about taking over Bothan Space.
But yes, how bad would we lose?

'Suddenly Kraken's star destroyer morphs. It is truly Unicron! The mighty machine plows into the GC forces with gay abandon.'

I love this idea, although because people are busy, personally I'd very much enjoy seeing Kraken's interpretation - hell, that could even be a thing, like, each person takes turns writing their own "vision" of how they'd want that epic battle to turn out.
Also, Kraken, if "The talk about the Coalition capturing Coruscant from the Empire" came from "The post I wrote in the GC war room", a little more hush-hush would be appreciated. I don't mind people knowing about it - I just said it myself - but since I'm the one planning it I don't mind saying stuff about it. Just for future reference, is all.
