Please note two things Jan:

1) The battle is over. If you're planning something, that's fine, if you want to do something interesting, that's fine too. But please do not restart the battle.

2) Your fleet cannot leave. Your fleet is currently locked under interdiction and if you wish to leave, you'll need to pass it. I'm sure you can outrun my interdictors, that's not really the point. The point is that if you jump away before we have negotiated terms, we would react to this adversly and our two groups have an OOC non-agression agreement that you continue to violate with your in character actions against our interests.

If you would like to fight me, or Kyric, we can accomodate you. However, now is not a good time for me, and since Dolash has agreed to my terms, out of character, for you to refute them in character would cause an issue to be born.

If your intentions are pure, I apologize.

I'm not going to restart the fight, and was not told by Dolash any OOC terms(I'll go find him and get them). And my ISD that you were going to board is sitting there, waiting for you to board it, while moving closer, to speed up the process, but is in no way threatening you(seeing as it has no weapons powered, or shields powered).

I was just trying to get my fleet out of there, but was leaving the ISD behind to negotiate with you.

I'd rather have my fleet guarding my planets than sitting at Dameo, that's why I was continuing to retreat.

Okay, that all makes sense... only you won't be leaving since part of that fleet has been turned over.
