If it's the map I just found (and boy was it hard to find), and if you mean the part that says which factions are which colors, it's Episode I font. And shame on everyone for not knowing it.

Hard to find? What are you talking about? It's fifth from the top on every page. Unless you're doing something silly like using a style other than Portal Default.... o_O
