About the code, first thing I noticed when I looked at the code is that you are missing quotes around all your value's. You need these, otherwise you'll run into problems like this. [edit: couldn't get the code bits to display without destroying the thread. Ah well] Just putting those in there may fix your problem. If it doesn't, it'll be easier to find it later with them.

On affiliation, yeah, sure. We just need a link back.<table border="0" width="100%"></table>

I have placed the " (quote) marks around all of the values earlier today. Has it made any difference? If not, I think it may be the heading code...

Do you have a button or something of the like that can be placed in the sidebar?

Nope, same problem. You might consider downloading Firefox, so you can look at it yourself. Also, because Internet Explorer sucks.
