Every other group has no more than two. And TNO, with 90 planets, has only one (keeping in mind that Roon isn't so much hidden as extremely difficult to get to).
*shrugs* It depends on what kind of group you want to build. We have been enforcing a requirement that hidden planets have at least 7k words in the takeover.
Yeah. But I think it's pretty rediculous to allow people to make up hidden planets. If it's canon, I can see that rule making sense... but what's to stop people from taking all made up, "hidden" planets (liKe AGM did)?
If they want to put the extra words into it, I don't see anything wrong with having a completely hidden faction. Of course, there are problems with being hidden. You can't simply sail around the galaxy and attack people, because then people will know that you exist, and may try tracing you. You can't exactly have a prosperous intergalactic commerce system.
By being hidden you basically cut yourself off from the galaxy, and are by yourself. Awful hard to do a lot of things when you're cut off like that. And if you do start doing things, your hidden status becomes endangered.
Not really... we can talk about "Commerce" and stuff all we want, but we know perfectly well it has makes no difference when it comes to who can field a bigger fleet. But it does allow a group to launch an attack of whatever size without any fear of reprisal.
